J'ai acheté divers meubles de Verbois à travers les années. La fabrication de leurs produits est sans reproche, ils sont tous encore impeccables. J'ai aussi fait appels à leur service à la clientèle pour différentes demandes non usuelles. À chaque fois, j'ai reçu un service irréprochable comme on n'est voit plus très souvent par les temps qui courent. Jamais, au grand jamais, je n'aurais pu avoir ce genre de service en achetant des produits étrangers. Pensez à acheter québécois, c'est un investissement.

Wow! Rien ne nous a déçu de Verbois : la grande qualité des matériaux et de la fabrication, le choix, la variété des styles et l'excellent service à la clientèle et après-vente (madame Côté est étonnante!).Les meubles achetés (1 table, 6 chaises et buffet) ont été livrés plus rapidement que prévu et en excellente condition, plutôt rare dans le monde du meuble aujourd'hui. Au final, nous sommes très heureux - et satisfaits - d’avoir choisi cette entreprise québécoise!Merci et longue vie à Verbois!

Buyers BEWARE, when you see the products in the retail space of your choice. Products look perfect, from top to bottom (wood and painting job). - My case - waited 2.5 months to get my delivery then I got a table where the painting job was NOT homogenous. Not normal, especially if u are never told about it. Yes, expect some imperfections due to the nature of the material (wood, and the grain), but not this type of painting imperfection. At least before you buy, tell all clients this could happen, make them sign a clause in their contract.. YES I ACCEPT that .........I was not... so I got a table that looks has a cheap coat of paint. Their excuse is, That is completely normal..... In their defence...After waiting another 3 weeks, they sent a replacement part with a worse defect than the original. On a phone conversation I was then told Im the only reporting the issue, nobody else in CAD or US reports it. I sincerely doubt it....Great customer service!!!!!3 stores I visited I saw the table, was so pretty and perfect. Instagram posting looks so nice, website catalog looks amazing, color pallet is perfect...I spent 4 months looking for a dining table and this was the only thing that fitted my style. I wish I could say I am so very happy with their products but instead I will say I will never ever buy this brand again, and I will surely not recommend to anyone. Stay away if I were you. Je suis maintenant détenteur de 5 tables en noyer pour mon bureau, d'une commode et de deux tables de chevet aussi en noyer et je peux vous dire que le beau rend heureux. Mon bureau est impressionant, ma chambre est rayonnante. La qualité du produit, son fini et l'ingénierie derrière les meubles est un détail fou. J'adore!

We’ve been sleeping on our new bed frame for a few months now, and we couldn’t love it more! The design is stunning and is enhanced by the beauty of the wood, which will no doubt age well. We waited a few months to receive it, which in my opinion is completely acceptable for a custom piece, especially of that size. I have a small hand made business so I can understand the time frame it can take. Service was exceptional and we will definitely purchase from Verbois again in the the future!

Une entreprise qui a vraiment à cœur les besoins de ses clients ! J’ai réalisé plusieurs projets avec eux et que du plaisir ! Une équipe jeune et dynamique qui sont là pour vous aidez n’importe quand ! Je recommande ! Que c’est plaisant d’acheter local ! De plus ils sont présents chez plusieurs détaillants partout au Québec donc très accessibles pour tout le monde

J'ai récemment changé le mobilier de ma chambre et je suis plus que satisfaite. D'une part, la beauté et la qualité des meubles sont incroyables. J'ai choisi une couleur de bois assez pâle qui convient à ma chambre assez colorée, mais qui conviendrait aussi dans un décor plus sobre et moderne. Par ailleurs, j'étais habituée à la qualité" d'une grande chaine suédoise pour ne pas la nommer

Updating my previous comment. Maison Corbeil and Verbois went above and beyond my expectations to correct my issue. Very happy to say they have both stood behind their products 110%!! They turned what was initially a negative experience into a very positive one. Thanks Ahmed and Aglaée, much appreciated.

If I can give them less then 0 star I would do that!!!!!! I went to upper room to get my furniture. Everything on my order was good but I received everything Incorrectly. I blame upper rooms warehouse AND also verbois !!!! I was informed verbois was good quality brand and made in Canada, therefore I ordered everything from them. Take a look at the pictures. I selected the mocha wood color and I receive a faded wood, horrible color looks so cheap. Better to buy from Walmart and Structube instead. I asked for an ivory fabric for my stools and I end up getting one leather stool and one grey fabric stool!!!????? The finishing is horrible …. I asked for brass gold for my buffet, coffee table and end table and they send me SILVER instead of BRASS. Don’t ever buy anything from Verbois! Horribleeeeeee products so ugly and cheap… even if they offered me this furniture for free I will never take them. Used furniture from Value Village are better !!!!! I promise …. They couldn’t even assemble my buffet because verbois didn’t send all pieces !!!!!!!!!!! Stuff made in China are way better!
