This is a beautiful inn. It’s small and quaint. Great place for adults to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room is beautiful overlooking a stream. Breakfast comes in a lunch bag with plenty of food. The staff leaves the bag on the door handle of the room without disturbing the guests. The spa is clean and very relaxing. The inn is small so there are not too many people around. You can sit and relax beside the stream. It’s an absolutely beautiful place!

Amazing place to relax. The staff was outstanding and bilingual. The regular spa experience was really relaxing. If you feel like relaxing even more, consider the BR+ experience.

Massage was great, except I was in a large room with no curtains, the sheets felt damp and it was cold in the room. Small area of baths / sauna but cute, if people would use the spa to relax and NOT talk loudly, constantly.Room was old, and definitely not worth 400$ a night. Fireplace was the highlight.Room 14 did not get an ounce of hot water!!!!We were very disappointed.

Wonderful experience. Staff are friendly, services and overall experience were terrific. Spent two days here with very good massages. Situated next to a stream you can go to sleep to at night or while drinking a glass of your favorite on the deck. Eating options onsite are limited. However, you are less than two minutes from a top patisserie, pizza parlor, or sushi, just to name a few.

We drove 7 hours to visit here.The spa was beautiful, the staff are excellent and the whole experience is very personable.However, I would not recommend staying on site in the suites. We had children in the room above us and it was extremely loud, the child running back and forth Friday night and Saturday morning staring at 9 am. We would have liked to sleep in a bit more as this was our vacation to rest and relax. I spoke with the front desk and there was nothing they could do for us about it (like switching rooms for example so no one was above us) we understand that children will wake early and need to run around, but this is where we came to escape that.The walls are extremely thin as well, suite 5&6 are in the same area as the cleaning supplies so every morning we heard people talking and doors opening as they started to clean. If you stay in suite 6 you will hear everything from suite 12, including toilet flushes and showers.We wish we had stayed somewhere else because the room was so loud. We will not be coming back.

Overall was ok but would not come back a second time.... Bed in room #8 was not comfortable at all... Wait times in between superior stations is ridiculous, you need to have a better system. We just gave up in waiting, waiting and waiting for one person to unlock doors, show the facilities, clean the area and set up for the next clients, stone age method... Thanks to Derek for making our stay pleasant, can't say the same for Nicole.

Great location and very cute environment. The only issue is the pools are pretty small for how many people and they seem outdated. I feel the need to be more staff around to offer towels, and perhaps a warmer thicker towel to give guests.

Had an amazing stay. The staff accommodated our every need and the spa was absolutely beautiful. What a relaxing and cozy getaway. 100% recommend.

Cozy, welcoming and relaxing.Beautiful scenery and the little river to cold dip in was great! It’s a cute gem and I can’t wait to go back. Not over crowded and so many relaxing rooms.

Great experience! We stayed in the cozy cabin. The beds were very comfortable and it was very peaceful being right next to the river. The spa experience was great. We loved the massage chairs and the pools. All the landscaping was beautifully done and has been well maintained. Very relaxing way to end the day after exploring the area. All the staff were helpful and kind. Can’t wait to go back!
