Absolutely not the place to go to for a haircut because the staff are all stylist, so right from the start it was misleading . I'm a guy with braids that only wanted the sides shaved. I was polite even tho the haircut wasn't good at all, as well as my beard and mustache couldn't be professionally done because my barber isnt a barber. I couldn't believe to see they charged my card after for 70 dollars ! Also charged me 40 for a shampoo (only on the side of my head!?). They charge you as if they are some high profile barbershop but couldn't professionally line me up. Why would the app give me a stylist and not a barber!?

The stylists (Jonathan and Brix) were phenomenal. They took time and care, gave great advice, and my kids left with excellent high-quality cuts. My first time there, but I’m now a huge fan. We’ll be back!

Made an appointment the day before online and had a screenshot of the confirmation. When I got there someone had cancelled the appointment and they were completely full for the night. Nothing like driving from Lowell to Woburn during rush hour just for fun.

My barber listened to what I was asking for. She answered my questions and help give me ideas based on how I was wanting my hair cut and styled. She was very thorough and always asked if I was happy with the results. Very professional and friendly.

Prices are starting to get a little steap, but I feel this is common no matter where you go. Cut is always great! Friendly and fun staff

Excellent job of checking each step along the way before too much of the hair was gone to undo. Versatility in style with adept input / suggestions. Followed the style concept through to perfection, have had several random people compliment my haircut since in public. Comfortable atmosphere and easy going staff makes for an excellent experience.

This place is great for all ages, my partners son started going. Then I decided to try Savannah,is awesome as is the rest of the staff. They are very friendly efficient in the atmosphere there is great the music is great they make it fun to come in and get your hair cut. There is no judging you can be yourself. I'm glad I found the place. I recommend this place for anyone that wants to get their haircut

Taylor gave me the best cut I have ever had ! I have very long very thick hair and most stylists give me a ton of layers leaving it looking choppy or they cut way too much length off , but Taylor discussed my cut from start to finish and I’ve never been happier . I usually hate my hair for a bit after a cut . I will never let anyone else touch my hair ! I live almost an hour away but will continue to go to her ! My son also got his hair cut by josh he’s 13 and not easily impressed . Very nervous about getting his cut but josh made him feel comfortable and did exactly what he wanted he stood up when he was done with a huge smile on his face.! I cannot recommend these two enough. Making an appointment for my color as well!!!! Thank you both so much for everything!

Staff is always very helpful and knows exactly what I'm looking for in my cut. They recommend great products and help show me ways to style my hair. Emilia was amazing for my visit. Made my visit fun and friendly
