As you can see by all the recent reviews nearly anything bought from this company is utter garbage and bad quality. This company was set up to scam Canadians into one time sales of cheap products and then most likely disappear. We bought a lean -to-green house that was a nightmare to install, has the flimsiest, cheapest parts, terrible instructions, missing or additional parts that have no instructions and we had to spend 3 days just cutting and adjusting for the horrid quality. Please ensure you see these reviews and DO NOT buy. Any good reviews are luck or might be friends of the company. If I could give minus stars I would.

Very expensive shed was purchased for our nonprofit. At the 1st snow fall approx 5cm, the roof collapsed, we're lucky nobody was injured. It took 3 people about 50 hours to assemble this just to have it fall apart. Sarah at Aosom brushed us off in just 1 email, blamed us for the failure of this dangerous product & decided herself that no further communication will be made with the customer after just 1 email. This dishonest company also claims their products are suitable for Canadian winters. This is a deliberate lie. My advice would be to stay far away from this company. They can expect to receive our legal lawyers letter very soon.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered a set of outdoor lounge chairs and there were pieces missing. The CSR continually wrote back to me in boiler plate fashion, that there was nothing they can do because my item went past the warranty period. GUESS HOW LONG THEY WARRANTY THEIR PRODUCTS FOR? 90 DAYS. YUP 90 DAYS. They must really believe in there products if they are offering such a long warranty! But this has nothing to do with manufacturer's defect. It has to do with the fact that they did not ship the order in it's entirety. In good conscious they should stand by their product and immediately ship the missing parts without question. Instead here is there reply: Thank you for your interest in our products.We apologize

Bought a pergola that was missing bars for the canvas so we couldn't use it. Also had holes in wrong places so couldn't be assembled. They offered $30 for local repair shop to fix it all or to send a replacement part. We got a replacement bar but the support was not sent to us so we're left with an unusable main piece. $30 wouldn't have been enough so we at least expected the proper replacement pieces. They sent us a full bag of bars (we needed one) and then sent us the particle board stand from a mirror that has a built in jewellery box. They offered us $8 to help us dispose of it. So they sent us their trash, only 1 piece we needed for the pergola and it's going to cost us more than $8 to rent a truck, then we need fuel for the trip to the landfill and the landfill fee as well. Sorry

I bought a greenhouse of Outsunny 15'x10'x7' Walk-in Tunnel Greenhouse Garden Warm House White one year ago from them, but it totally were destroyed by the first winter snow.I contacted with them about the issue and they refused to admit it is a product defective problem.

Bought a product on sale in the spring to use this summer. I open it today July 6th 2023 to set it up for the summer. I found out 2 of the poles are broken and dented. I emailed the company and they told me to bad for you past the 90 days enjoy your broken tent that you can't use that you paid 700$ for.Skip this joke of a company.

Very poor customer service, tried to get spare parts which was sent missing by Aosom, I offered to pay. They denied to cooperate, after 90 days period passed.Really bad behavior.No cooperation at all.

Do NOT order from this company! I ordered a hut for my ducks in sept and didn't set it up until May. It was completely missing parts and they refused to send them to me as it was past 90 days. Wanted me to buy the missing parts. Scammers.

Serious safety issues and Terrible customer service!!!!I purchased an outsunny auvent. The material is very cheap it represents a danger to any person who will use it, it looks like a toy whe you first open the package. Does not even look similar to the description dont be fooled! When I decided to return the item I had to ship it at my own cost ($75 because it's heavy) within a 30 day period!Merchant has a small shop in Ontario, they didn't accept to receive the package so it got stuck somewhere at Canada Post facility.I ended up losing my money and my time on all the process!! What a terrible customer service and a danger to kids and families!!!
