The lady that helped my granddaughter pick out a pair of Birkenstock shoe sandals was most helpful.

I paid $200 for a pair of boots I was told to bring them back with my receipt and when I got there she said that she won't do anything because I wore them out I have wore them 3 times and my feet freeze the boot is not holding its shape I'm told now that there's a sign no exchange and no refund look where it's located behind the clerk and it's located on your receipt after you've given them your money what a scam a small community and you rip people off like this the boots didn't even keep my feet warm and I'm an older lady I never even left the car Disgusting how you have to rob people I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything in this town Trail B.C they're all hard up obviously. She also owns another store in Kelowna . Same boots on Amazon for a $130 she charged me almost 200 rip off. If I would have seen the sign no exchange or a refund I wouldn't have spent a dime of my money.Poor she shill hasn't addressed not one complaint sad to call yourself business owner

Got fitted for a pair of custom orthotics and it was a great experience! Very professional and knowledgeable staff and was able to get an appointment very soon after calling. What a gem!
