Osmow's Shawarma
Quite possibly the best shwarma I had in Canada. Tried their lamb and Philly chicken. Both were great, portions were good (better be as the price is a bit more than usual Shwarma places) and definitely very well made and rolled. To top it off, my favourite part was that they have a proper PROPER hot sauce called “scorching” sauce. It IS hot (and not the usual Canadian extreme hot sauce that’s far from extreme, tastes like chilli in vinegar) - this has proper heat, and more importantly, it has a beautiful flavour! Hot sauces should taste great, should have a balance of heat, tang and slight sweetness - this one had it. I used this sauce on the lamb and it was perfect! Had the mild sauce which paired great with the chicken. Highly recommend!

I was so excited to receive this order as I have heard great things about this place. Take it from me, unless you want sloppy, soggy, inconsistent and massively over spiced food, DO NOT order from here. I was beyond disappointed with our entire order, starting with this order of what is supposed to be a tabbouleh salad but as you can see from the picture this is really just an onion salad, that was doused with lemon juice. I ordered my daughter a chicken shawarma wrap and specifically asked for little spice. The wrap came heavily packed, falling apart and soggy and was so spicy she couldn’t even eat it. My husband and I both ordered the beyond meat wraps and I wish I had taken a photo or two before I threw them both in the garbage. They were falling apart, soggy and had so much seasoning and sauce that they were not even edible. The description says deliciously seasoned beyond meat topped with Osmos signature sauces, however the meat mixture was soggy and almost soup like with so much sauce which was so overpowering it made the wrap inedible. It was just a soggy wet mess. The description does not say it comes like a chilli, but that’s exactly what it was but with so much spice and hot sauce we couldn’t even eat them. I’m beyond angry at how expensive this entire meal was only for us to not be able to enjoy and eat any of it and I will NEVER order from here again. What an utter failure and total disappointment.

Honestly if I could I would not even give 1 star to this place. This location is by far the worst osmows location. I ordered 2 chicken shawarma wraps one with extra sauce when I got home there was barely any sauce in the wraps if I got charged for extra sauce which is fine but atleast give me the extra sauce. This is not the first time I had a bad experience with them I’ve stopped coming here but thought maybe I should give it a try this was definitely my last time coming here! You guys really need to work on your food quality and quantity.

Super friendly staff. Food is quite good and fast. Has some seating but most people order to go so there's usually a seat. Just warning though, their in house made bread will leave a mess of small white particles everywhere!

Not good. The falafal stix were very less in quantity and without proper saucing. I asked the guy for falafal stix in the starting and he gave me chicken stix. So I humbly told him that I ordered for falafal stix and later on he gave me very less falafal stix and very less saucing on it. Very poor customer care service today. The box was almost half in quantity.

I ordered Falafel from them, it was the worst falafel i ever had in my life, it was rotten and falafel was smelling really bad, i feel like they are serving expired food. They need to upgrade their food making standard. It’s not even first time, I ordered caesar salad from them about a month ago and they made me pay like $8 just for lettuce. Never going to order from them again. Don’t waste your money and time by going there, look for alternatives

$17.22 for this large half&half w/ lettuce. Where is the chicken? Standard stingey Osmow's behavior. Quite disappointed as I've come here a handful of times before and they actually put a fair amount of chicken for the price. Absolutely unfair here.

I had never had such a bad experience with Osmos. It happened a while ago but still the taste is so dreadful. I had worked in Osmos Shawarma in Dixie which is one of the busiest locations in Mississauga. And also the place smells like sewage. It’s near to my home which is the only reason why i go there. This place is a shame to it’s founder Sam. I hope he sees this place and brings the appropriate change.

Delicious food at reasonable prices - the menu selection is standard and there is ample seating, should you choose to dine-in at this location. Service is relatively quick, and the employees are more than happy to suggest combos or add-ons to your meal. Worth stopping by for your shawarma and/or on-the-rox fix if you're in the area!
