After shopping around for used appliances, I finally went to the place closest to home and got the best deal! I purchased a washer/dryer pair and a refrigerator for a very good price - well within my budget. The guys delivered them when I requested and installed them for me. They also took away my old appliances. The gentlemen were polite and pleasant. I would definitely shop there again and have recommended them to my friends.

I wish I can give him zero star. Worst possible business person that I ever seen. Selling a used water pump by telling new, no box, nothing. Big cheater. I can't believe any person in Canada like him doing business. Selling me a pump which was not working, even higher price than princess auto. I didn't know the market price. Then refuse to give the warranty at the name, we broke it. Judgement day is waiting for people like him.

Very unprofessional, these people are what crooks stand for. My 30 day warranty was up 3 days and of course my machine breaks down. I call him thinking we can make a deal and we do agree to something over the phone. This was a different story in person charged me for a service call at $49, 1/2 hour labour( when it took 16 minutes from the time he walked in the house) $49 and then the cost of the part. He kept interrupting me by answering phone calls as I was asking questions and said just hurry up and pay me I have other customers waiting. To say the least not impressed and will NEVER support these crooks again.

We bought two big stand-up freezers within two weeks from them. Great and easy to deal with. We had both freezers, on both times, delivered within one-two hours after purchase.Highly recommend People's Choice Appliance!

We purchased a used range here. They gave us same day delivery - at half cost, plus an extra $20 off the range.The next day we tried the oven light and it did not work. They came out the same week and found it to be the socket. Two day wait for parts, but everything is great now!I dealt directly with the owner regarding the warranty service and he was very professional and respectful of my schedule. I'm not sure what other people are talking about in their reviews - he did not swear at all and was very kind.

Purchased a window A/C on a hot Saturday. We kind of showed up shortly before closing and they took a few moments to show us what they had in stock and then let us decide. They seemed friendly enough, some banter and jokes and we picked one, bought it, and were on our way. No waiting in lines, nobody asking if we wanted to purchase this or that credit card or insurance, it was a really refreshing experience and we would definitely stop here again the next time we needed an appliance.

Please read, I’ve handled many different situations with this company and every time I come back with a working machine, honest price and integrity on the work. Yes the people who work here are on the grumpier side, but id rather have a grumpy old dog that’s honest then a you sales men trying to suck every mother trucking penny out of me. Yes I’ve called him Saturday morning about a service call and yes he was a complete smart donkey with me BUT YOU KNOW WHAT, I got my machine fixed for 45 dollars. Another company would have charged me 65 for the part alone. So I’ll say it one more time, his grumpiness is worth it for the price. I actually look forward to his grumpy attitude cuz he’s honest and reasonable. The end!!!

Spoke with someone on the phone looking for a dryer belt. The person I spoke with was immediately rude and difficult. Would not buy anything from this business.

I bought a washer Oct. 2, and they gave me a good deal. The washer had issues 2 weeks later and I called the owner who came within the time frame he said he would and fixed the washer. I was also given some good advice to keep my loads a little lighter.Thank you for your service. I appreciated it, and I will recommend you to others.

Waited all evening for a repairman to come yesterday, and no one even showed up! Not a call to reschedule, or notification they were cancelling. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.
