Wow, a real Starbucks with great service, atmosphere. Too bad no Cinnamon Dolce syrup.... Considering Tillsonburg is smaller than St Thomas, this location is large, lots of seating, great staff quick service. Bathroom #3 is querky with the mini sink, but well thought out. For the amount of time I have to wait for an order in St Thomas and London, this maybe our new go to SB.Dec 17 - 10 am Yes Virginia, they have Cinnamon Dolce syrup. None in London, Chatham or St Thomas. Merry Xmas Tillsonburg Starbucks.Apr 23 2023 - 11 am What has happened to this location. Can't make drinks properly, no idea how to create a no foam latte. Bathrooms look like someone just camd off the farm. Toilets, sinks disgusting. NO TOILET PAPER IN TWO, which I had mentioned when I first went in. Not the experience I would expect from this location. And to top it off they messed up my Gold Card and the funds I added are missing and my card has a zeo balance. Starbucks support is still trying to figure out what the heck the barrista did on cash. Total mess up! NOT IMPRESSED!June 24th, 2023Back to their typical great beverages and service. Guess last visit in April was a not so good day for the location. On average this is the best Starbucks in SW Ontario.....but not a supporter of PRIDE??? NO FLAG INSTORE.

The service here, although very friendly, is super slow because all the staff loves to spend so much time chatting. People waiting everywhere but still just chatting.

This Starbucks location is by far the best around. The customer service is exceptional. The entire team goes above and beyond on a daily basis to make your visit the best part of your day. The quality and attention to details are superb. The location is always clean, it is well stocked and rarely out of any options, the merch is displayed nicely. I cannot say enough good things!

Nice place for your cafe juice and treats. My favorite is the frappacinos. Coffee is robust, great flavor. And the staff are always so welcoming and kind.

Lived up to the great standards of a Starbucks. They were experiencing some supply issues like other ones I have been to lately which is a shame.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Starbucks in Tillsonburg today. When I arrived at the store at 7:01 pm, after placing an online order through the app at 6:55 pm with an estimated pick-up time of 7:04, I was met with the closed door and a young woman behind the counter who gestured that the store was closed. Despite this, I waited at the door to inform her that I had already paid for my order and needed to pick it up. However, instead of acknowledging my presence or attempting to assist me, she completely ignored me and continued texting on her phone, showing no regard for my needs or the basic principles of customer service.To make matters worse, after a few minutes, another young woman came and placed a note on the door right in front of me, again showing no consideration for my presence or the fact that I was trying to pick up a paid order. It was clear that both of these staff members had no interest in helping me or providing any level of service, and I was left feeling completely disregarded and disrespected as a paying customer.I have several questions for the management of this store:• If the store is closing early for any reason, why is this not reflected in the online information and why are orders still being accepted?• If the store has a set closing time (which I assume was 7:00 pm today), why are orders placed before that time not being honored?• What kind of training is provided to the staff, who do not even have the basic manners to approach the door and address a customer? While staff may be trained to be friendly and cheerful in a drive-through, it is clear that they are not being taught the basic rules of customer service.I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer satisfaction at this location. I will never be returning and will be sure to tell others about my terrible experience. No one should have to endure this type of treatment as a paying customer.

Great location in the same building as the Turkish Consulate. As for the Turkish Consulate they need test their software for speed and accuracy. Made an appointment online or so we thought but their system glitched. Also would be nice if they had a phone so as to not waste a day. Found service in Ankara 10 years ago to be much easier and efficient.

Coffee and Hand made drinks are up to the mark. This location has lots of place inside to sit and have coffee . Interior seating was amazing. As this the only Starbucks around here,Faster service could make it even better.
