Did a bit of research and found out this place is really the only place in the ottawa area that does waterproof zipper replacements.The shop owner was very nice, and gave me an accurate time-line on when to expect my coat to be finished. She replaced my zipper and my coat looks brand new. Excellent stitching! I'm super happy that I get an extra few years out of this jacket.Keep in mind it's cash or debit only.

Had my boat canopy repaired here. They redone all my stitching, repaired tears for a very good price. Quick service ! Glad I found them !

They do fantastic work. I've had tents, backpacks and hiking boots repaired there and I've been more than satisfied. The only problem I have is their store hours. I've been living with a leaky tent all summer, because I have yet to get there during their operating hours. They used to be open a couple of hours on Saturday and that was just enough of a window to drop off and pick my repairs.

Just received my jacket back from Isabelle and it looks perfect. This was done under warranty from the North Face for a zipper replacement and seam tape on my 3L Gore-Tex shell. This jacket was previously relegated to fishing but will return as to my regular winter sports rotation. I highly recommend Isabelle and Atelier Hors-Piste.

Good service, fixed my kit and I provided the parts, just don't agree with the 100% markup price policy for a 4-day waiting time (urgent).Probably won't be back, unfortunately.Edit (response to the response): all you said is fair, but it doesn't mean I need to agree and be back. The only other shop I've been was a shoemaker in Hull, so no three shops. Thanks for the service.

They do excellent work at good prices. I would highly recommend. It's a bit out of the way for me, as I live in West-end Ottawa, but it's worth the trip.

Sublime artisan who oozes knowledge and skill. I had a motorcycle leather jacket (which sees a lot of hardship) repaired there. The fix will probably be all that will hold when the rest of the jacket is gone! Seriously, if you need something revived or repaired, skip the hassle and just go there.
