Excellent customer service! Honest people that could have sold me new batteries for my mobility scooter...but they tested my existing batteries and decided that the issues that I was having were not because of the batteries. Thanks Justin and Kyle...We will be back when ever we need anything battery related!

Very nice and knowledgable owner. During covid they remain open to assist over the phone along with curbside pickup. Great prices and value. Highly recommend for all battery needs. I use them for automotive and specialty.

Pro Battery Shops has amazing customer service and are very friendly and very helpful! they were very quick with helping me get what I needed and were very helpful and informative about how to expand the life of my battery and even showed me how to care for my battery in different weather conditions! I highly recommend Pro Battery Shops!

I found Pro Battery through the Dakota Lithium Battery website which listed three outlets in Canada. Pro Battery is the only one of the three that had the battery I was interested in stock. I ordered and received the battery on Manitoulin Island via Canpar the next day. So far I have found them responsive and professional with great customer service.

i had some battery issues during the recent cold spell, and was driving by and saw ProBattery, and stopped in. The owner was extremely attentive to my needs, welcoming in us with open arms.... and even did a free battery test on my existing battery to ensure that i wasn't panicking unnecessarily. He really went above and beyond to keep my peace of mind. I left there , knowing for sure that I will return. Small store with lots of gadgets, met the co-owner as well. Very impressive customer service. In this day and age, that's the name of the game. I fully recommend them.
