If you’re looking to relax, detox & feel better, this is the place. I’ve gone several times for the infrared sauna along with a lymphatic drainage and body sculpt treatment / massage, all of which were amazing. I can’t speak highly enough about the space, people & energy. Professional, welcoming, and a safe space for detoxing physically, and clearing your mind. I brought my mom and she loved her experience here as well. I would recommend to anyone & everyone!

Hygge wellness is a local hidden gem. I've done a few Infrared sauna treatments here and am hooked. Once inside, there are different light options in the sauna you can choose from, and you can also connect your phone to the blue tooth speakers which is nice. There is a private bathroom and change area where you can have a shower after the treatment as well, and all essentials are conveniently provided. The spa area itself is quiet, clean, and warm. It's not too busy, which I love because the whole experience feels more private and luxurious. The owner Pam is super sweet and attentive, I feel so welcomed and well taken care of every time I come here. I highly recommend Hygge wellness for anyone looking for a relaxed and rejuvenating spa experience without the hustle and bustle of a busy spa.

Great sauna experience in the hood! Pamela gave excellent information about the process (and more)in this peaceful, hygienic setting. Very much appreciate being able to play my own background music with their Bluetooth speaker setup right in the environment.

What a new hidden gem ! When you need a moment to unwind and shed the stress and worries, HYGGE Wellness Center is the perfect place to relax and to recalibrate. The infrared sauna is incredible! I didn’t think I would sweat that much, but after 15 minutes my body started sweating buckets! Just after one session, my face felt INCREDIBLY supple and smooth! My face was glowing the next day! The infrared sauna is a great way to detox and to recharge after a stressful week. Everyone is so warm & welcoming!!! It’s a great place to escape to when you need to destress. Love it! A little haven in Roncy!

Great addition to the Roncesvalles neighbourhood, offering lymphatic drainage massages and infrared sauna sessions. Pam and her team are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Feels like you’re stepping into a friend’s house for a spa appointment that leaves you feeling rejuvenated.

Pamela has created the most amazing, calming, and stunning experience at Hygge Wellness Center. Not only has the infrared sauna been monumental for my physical and mental health, but she consistently goes above and beyond in recommending other practices and techniques that have been really beneficial. Lovely welcome into a cozy sanctuary. The lymphatic drainage massage was a super cool (and enjoyable) and that infra red sauna chilled me right out (despite being 140 degrees). Definitely worth checking out!
