Adamson Spa and Salon

Have been before and enjoyed my services however I do have to warn about how they put money before empathy and promote services only to get you in the door and turn around and not honour what they promote. Received a promotion by email, called about the promotion and talked to a receptionist - booked my service a month in advance, planned for my baby to be looked after - only to arrive to the salon and be told that the same services I wanted would be double the price. Also the owner of the salon introduced herself like she had never seen me before. Obviously I was just another customer who looked like dollar signs even though I had been there a few times before. It is not the money and never was, it was the way I was treated. Will never go back and will not recommend this spa or salon to anyone based on the terrible experience and precious time wasted.

Awesome place to go, prices are reasonable. Spa treatment and hair salon are wonderful. Staff are very friendly. Would defiantly go back. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I love adamsons, I've been working there for about 3 months now and 3veryone is welcoming and kind. Willing to help any time and it's a calm place to work. The products are great to use and work with.

Received a manicure from Emilia, who was very professional and knowledgeable about nail health. She recommended I stick to a nail strengthening top coat rather than shellac as my nails were too weak. The owner of the salon was also very friendly and came to chat while I was getting the treatment done. Overall a very pleasant, down to earth experience, and I will be coming back for their exfoliating/mud body wrap.

Absolutely fantastic job on my hair I found my new place so happy with the service. The ladies are awesome and so friendly! Definitely need a new stylist this is the place to go :)

They care about your appearance and care about your service. I’ve been going there for years and they’ve always taken me in at last minute and have always treated me with respect. I’ve came in with botched bangs I cut myself and they where so nice about it and fixed them and they’ve fixed my hair so many times they always make sure you leave looking like a Queen. Today is my prom and they took me in last minute and they did my upper lip threading and my hair styling and I’m always so thankful to have this salon in my town and these people who work there too. Thank you guys so much.

I visited the spa & salon with my mom for a Mother's day treat and upon arrival was greeted by the receptionist and then shown upstairs to where our services would take place. The estheticians did a wonderful job for both my mom and I however when I booked the package for my mom I specifically asked the length of the facial & massage treatments and was told they would be an hour each. This was not the case when I was there as the receptionist told the esthetician to do 45 minutes..what??...so we continued our services anyway and I had also asked upon booking if there was time for my mom to get a wash & blow dry and the receptionist told me on the phone that the hair dressers were both fully booked that day so I said no worries. The day my mom and I were there I was finishing up my massage only to find my mom getting her hair washed by her esthetician..seriously??...Then the esthetician proceeded to perform the blow dry...throughout the blow dry part no electrical plugs were working so my mom basically was moving from chair to chair...so unprofessional...finally when she was done my moms hair looked like what she does herself...the delight of the experience was the receptionist who charged $40 for my moms hair which like I said was not done by a hair stylist but also when I presented wayspa cards would not accept them but instead was trying to educate me on how much percentage they would make off the cards and how it would not be enough to cover their costs if I used them..what a joke...why are you advertised on wayspa if you do not accept it and get your staff on the same page because I was told I would be able to use it...after 10 minutes of her wayspa card lecture I did not want to hear anymore so I paid...Overall, $500 later..the massage and facial services were good but the esthetician doing my moms hair and the receptionists attitude..would be why I would not be returning to this place..save the headache.
