I seen Thai for a traditional Thai massage and cupping. Outstanding!! She pays puts time and attention to every muscle in the body. I left there feeling much better and very relaxed. I would highly recommend Thai to anyone.

I received a 60 minute deep tissue massage from Audra. The service was first rate in every way. She delivered an excellent massage and coached me in various life habits that could contribute to wellness. Her understanding of her art was astounding. I can’t wait for our next session!

I had the pleasure of having a 2 hour deep tissue massage at Minty Massage with massage therapist, Heather. She was very professional and listened to my needs. She gave a very thorough, deep, and satisfying massage. I suffer with severe back, neck, and hip tension, and by the end of my massage, I felt so relieved and relaxed and could move much more freely. I would definitely book her again and highly recommend her and the salon.The salon was very clean and well presented and the staff very friendly and helpful.

This is definitely worth the 5 stars, I come here for massage and acupuncture after a co worker referred me. Priscilla was very thorough to make sure that she understood my symptoms and why I was there for acupuncture, she explained what she was doing as she did it and told me what areas might be a little more sensitive so I wasn’t startled when she inserted the needles. The owner Minty gave me a deep tissue massage a couple days ago and I have never had to tell someone to go a little easier, she has superhuman strength if you need it! Over very happy, this will be my new spot.

My husband booked an appointment for massage for the two of us, upon arrival we were informed that he only booked for himself. The owner, Minty, offered to give me free massage for 15mins, so that I won’t feel bad about my husband’s mistake. LolThe massage was so good and very relaxing. Minty is so kind and sweet and very gentle. I felt sooo relaxed after the massage. We will definitely go back here but this time I will do the booking not my husband. HahaThank you Minty’s! 5 stars are not enough, you deserve more! Sherwood Park peeps please support this business.

Had a great first experience and Mintys. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Staff was wonderful. Nice and clean. Direct billing with no issues. Tara was my RMT. She listened to my concerns and set a plan. She explained what she was doing, checked in to make sure I was still comfortable. I’m looking forward to my next massage and suggest this place to anyone
