Don't fall for the five star 'staff reviews'I decided to give these guys another shot after two horrible experiences, and I just ended up walking out of the office over a shyster move they tried to make.I showed up literally 5 minutes late, actually probably 10:00, because of three different schedule changes, I was confused if it was at 9:00 or 9:30. I still made it in for 9:10.Then the dentist with an attitude told me that she doesn't have time to polish, only time to scale and clean my teeth. I asked isn't polishing the most important part after cleaning the teeth and she said well yeah but we don't have time and I said well there's no point me getting my teeth cleaned if I'm going to leave here and not have them polished and just get dirty quick. She leaves to find out what her options are, and comes back and tells me if I pay today, then they will find the time to polish my teeth! That's exactly what she told me!So I immediately got up and walked out saying that's not proper business practice and left them all confused as to what was going on.Either they're not on the same page or they're just trying to scam extra money.And the main reason I wasn't even going to ever come back to this s*** hole, it's because they pulled my incisor, saying it needed to be pulled out and then produced a flipper tooth for me. But my new dentist is saying they should have given me the option for a root canal so I could have saved the tooth....The same dentist that I'm seeing now is doing a root canal on another tooth to save it and my coverage provides me with a crown, but appleway never once gave me that option...I wasn't going to come back before this visit and I'm certainly not ever going to come back now.Between the bossy upfront staff and the ill experienced hygienists to the money grubbing dentists....It has been one headache after another with this dental pllace.You better off using a hammer and chisel and mirror than seeing these horrible dentists

My 86 year old mother was visiting from Saskatchewan. Her tooth broke while she was here. They got her in right away and were excellent explaining what could be done. Highly recommend this office.

I cannot recommend Dr Dee and Melissa enough! If you want an understanding, empathic, caring experience you need to see these two! I have extreme anxiety and dr Dee and Melissa went above and beyond to sure I felt comfortable! Dr Dee took his time to understand how I felt and validated my emotions and concerns! He provided such an empathic support/environment! This was the best experience I’ve ever had! Words cannot express how amazing these two are! By far the best dentist!!! Thank you Dr Dee.

Clean and professional from the moment you pass through the doors. Now like many I don't do well at the dentist office, I went in for a multiple extraction with Dr. Soliman NEVER have I been so comfortable in a chair even with him teaching an up and coming Dr. Who was equally eager to learn his ways. Everything was explained fully and his assistant was fantastic. I can say with absolute confidence that the whole experience was quick and painless10/10 if you don't do well with dental clinics than this team is the one for you.

Great service from the dentist Dr D, to the manager Sam. Was very pleased and doctor explained everything very well. Hygienist was very helpful as well. Will be going back for sure for more dental work. Highly recommend

Best dental clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Sozan was so efficient , knowledgeable and experienced, she gave me an honest professional non commercial advice. Madison their dental hygienist is the best, Her thorough cleaning finally treated my sensitive gums which I have been living with all my life.The admin staff were so helpful and nice. Definetely recommend.

Dr.Judy and her AWESOME assistants made me, a very nervous dental patient , very relaxed and happy due to their warm and friendly demeanour and high degree of skill. I am extremely appreciative and impressed. A VERY competent, efficient and caring team !!! Everything was explained well and the care was EXCELLENT !!! BEST DENTAL TEAM EVER after 50 plus years of mostly negative dental experiences !!!

Highly recommend!Dr. Dee is great, he explained all my options and answered all my questions.Assistant Melissa was awesome as well. I felt very comfortable and you can really tell that they care.
