$21 for two frozen slices of the Cheesecake Factory cakes? Good luck with that.

I went with my children to get some ice-cream. It is located in the Mr Sub. The place is really clean. The customer service we received was good. Our server was helpful and kind and she interacted with my children rather then just speaking to me. We bought 3 small dipped cones. I was happy to use my coupon that we received in the mail last week. I like the flavour of the dip and the ice cream is the soft serve is regular vanilla.There is no seating outside but that didn't stop us from going outside and chilling by the window. I will definitely go again!

Purchased a ice cream cup with dip. It is soft serve with a choice of sauce and topping (or get their set menu options). Overall the cashier was really nice and the ice cream (soft serve) was really good. It’s inside the Mr. Sub, but not a huge deal.

Very disappointed. Nothing was dipped. It was about 5 spoon scoops of the “dip” which they drizzled. Ice cream was gritty as well. Expensive and the server didn’t know how to punch in my coupon so we ended up paying more. Wont be coming back

It is part of Mr. Sub. It is an icecream place. Ice cream base flavours (10) with different topping (approximate 22 toppings). For serving purposes, there are 3 sides of cups, and 2 kinds of cones. The prices varies approximate between $6.50 and $7.50. There prices will increase depending how many scoops and toppings you would like. Also there are a variety of icecream cakes (slices). It is an option for icecream lovers of all ages. I just inquire, not buying. Just 3 stars for the kind info, I got. I'll try next with family.

Let me start off by saying, this place is probably amazing, but my experience was just lack-lustre.I ordered through UberEatz, this particular day the shop had Buy 1, Get 1 Free deal on Chef's choice of cake" and I was like

Ordered through Uber eats. One cake slice came completely frozen (it had to be thawed out and after it thawed out it was mushy). The vegan ice cream bar had freezer burn on and looked like it had previously melted then put back in the freezer. I threw it out without even attempting to eat it. I had gone in person last September, wasn’t happy with the service then. Decided to give it another chance tonight and was disappointed once again. Don’t waste your time!

Received some coupons for this ice cream shop today in the mail. Because it was a hot day, i decided to ask my wife if she wanted to try out this place (that i have never heard about before). The coupon was for BOGO for $1.We headed to this place about an hour before they were closing. When we arrived, we saw the sign 'La Diperie', but when we looked through the door, it was the Mr. Sub. To clear things up, Yes, it is inside the Mr. Sub. Is it a little bit weird? Yes. Do the clerks get asked a lot about it? Yes.Anyways, the server we got was a female with a Mr. Sub hat on. She was awesome. She was very patient with my wife who is super indecisive and didn't rush us at all. Even though they were close to closing, there was no pressure at all. While my wife was deciding on the ice cream/toppings she wanted, i had the opportunity to speak with her about the shop. They only opened up about a month ago and they are trying to learn a brand new type of store after running a Mr. Sub. I would say they are doing a great job thus far, and i encourage them to keep it up. With summer coming, i am sure they are going to get busier.In terms of the ice cream, I got the hazelnut dip while my wife made her own with Maple sauce and pistachio. For the ice cream, it is soft serve ice cream. They use good quality sauce and real hazelnuts and pistachios. The sauce was sweet but not overtly sweet. When they put the sauce on, it will harden almost immediately which is the point of a ice cream dip. We got ours in a cup, so they drizzled about 3 tablespoons of sauce on top. Honestly, it doesn't look like a lot in the beginning, but once the sauce drips down the rest of the ice cream, you will have it cover the entire cone/cup. The soft serve is similar to Mcdonald's which i don't personally like (Costco is way better) but it gets the job done. Overall, my wife and i really enjoyed the dessert and would prefer this over Mcdonald's. They have other treats such as donuts which i believe you can get customized toppings. I am definitely going to try that next time.

Made the mistake of not checking the reviews before coming.The La Diperie is inside the Mr. Sub, and the employee is clearly not trained for ice cream. There will be no ‘dipery’ involved in your experience, it’ll be ‘drizzly’, and poorly if you can even call it that. The staff dropped my ice cream into the dip and proceeded to try recover the situation by scooping out disembarked ice cream from the dip and smooshed it onto the top. The rest of the unsalvaged ice cream still lives inside the dip container, left to melt until the next cleaning cycle. I asked for Cheese Cake and got Maple, and for the next person who gets maple, expect to get an addition of soft serve vanilla with your order.Don’t expect to be blown away by the lack lustre customer service and expect to confuse staff with simple orders.It’s unfortunate the experience we had here because we have been to other locations where we were treated amazing, and had beautifully presented, tasty ice cream.
