Staff was helpful and friendly. I want to give it 5 stars but because the pool is not working I couldn't. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. It's somewhere to put your head and have a great sleep. We paid less than somewhere else we stayed and enjoyed ourselves much more here.

It s goid place for a quick night stay. Rooms are spacious. Their swimming pool and hor tub are closed so dont let the ad fool you. Staff is good, helpful. I loved that the room has fireplace. The price was just right:)

Great hotel, rooms very nice. Weird though on main floor some added on brackets on all windows. You could only open them three inches. Not safe in the kitchenette units. Manager should be fired for her treatment of me. She has no tact, nor common sense. Hope she's paid no more than minimum wage. She's not worth any more than that........

Stayed one night and looked for something close to the arena for the Rebels. The bed was comfortable, the building was secure, and guests need to punch code to get into any of the doors. The Wifi was good.

Stayed in a jacuzzi room, and my only concern.plaint is that continuously drained but so minor, we just topped up as needed. Beautiful and affordable, great continental breakfast and courtious staff, especially the cleaning crew!!

Would give 5 stars but there was a couple things out of order including the pool, ice machine and bubbles in our jacuzzi room. Also the breakfast was pretty cleared out by 9. I hope they will bring the waffle makers back to WB's in the future.

Pool currently out of commission. Looks a little dodgy from outside but some major renovations have occurred on the inside. Friendly, helpful staff. Continental breakfast was good, lots of options.
