I brought in a couple items on a Monday and was told they would be ready by Thursday. They were not. They said they'd give me a call when it was done. They did not. It was three weeks before I got a comforter back. 21 cold night and not a word from them.

Excellent and quick service to press a suit! Very happy with the results and had a very nice chat with the owner. Highly recommended establishment!

They got stains out of a shirt I didn't think were possible to get out. Reasonable pricing for that too. On the expensive side for dru cleaning my goose jacket but I cannot complain about the quality of their service. Best cleaners in the city.

They tried to be helpful but missed out on a cleaning tip. Laundry soap plus environmental bleach takes out red wine.

They ruined my jacket, and the business owners were very rude about it. When I discovered they had altered my parka to hide their mistake, I returned it to them. They told me that it was a manufacturer's error. After much back and forth, they admitted to damaging my jacket during dry cleaning. One of the owners casually told me to send it back to the manufacturers to get it fixed. They did not apologize for it. None of them took the time to read the care instructions for the jacket. Otherwise, they would have known not to dry clean the jacket's fur.

I had two jackets cleaned here and I was a bit worried about one of them which is really really old. And they did a great job. They were friendly and the price I think is really reasonable!

We have happily had many items dry cleaned here. We recently had my husbands suit drycleaned here - to use for our daughters wedding (of course). Long story short, is they ruined the pants. We were in Brandon when we found this mess - days from the wedding. The end result was wearing a completely different suit - and all done last minute. I feel very bad for the owners as this was quite evidently done by someone who didn't know what they were doing and then quickly pushed off as done, clocked out and went home. The pants looked crazy - there was a raised pattern all over the front of the legs. It was an incredibly difficult situation. We took the suit to a drycleaners in Brandon who tried to fix them - it helped, but they're still ruined. The entire suit is now a write off. I plan to come in yet to discuss. Disappointing is an understatement.
