If you file your taxes here do not file with Vaani. My partner and I both filed with her on separate occasions. We fixed our files so it says we are common laws and she did not do it correctly. This messed up some stuff with CRA, and now they think I owe 6000+ for my benefits and credits. She asked for my spouses work/income information, did not put that in correctly either, CRA says I failed to reply to this, likely due to this being put in incorrectly or not at all. I have the email proof of replying to her. Now I will be missing out on an important benefit this month, and possibly the next month as well. She also failed to send in my partners tax file the first time so he got his return way later than supposed to.

I have been filing my taxes with Dimple for 3 years now and I am never anything but extremely happy and satisfied with the services she provides. I filed my taxes for 2022 with Alia. I would highly recommend to file your taxes with her as she was very professional and helpful. She even brought it to my attention that I had not filed my 2015 taxes which I would never have known, and was able to get back some tax credits.
