This was the experience my daughter was looking for in buying her wedding gown. They are not trying to push a sale on you but rather excited to help you find the dress of your dreams. I can not say enough to show our gratitude for this shop! Thank you so much.

Paid over $3000 for a wedding dress for my daughter and the owner really sold us on sleeves for the dress which was about an extra $300 and we got a bag of sleeves we need to get attached ourselves. We came in so my daughter could try the dress on, the workers were not helpful and really treated us like we were stupid for not knowing about the sleeves. Why would they sell us sleeves in a bag. That’s just lazy! The owner made it seem like there was going to be so many different things that were going to be done to the dress that weren’t. Will never return to this place. Too expensive and not helpful at all.

I loved my dress from Belle!! Shineka totally got my taste and was so super helpful!!! Beautiful selection of designer dresses for affordable prices...Belle Bridal needs to be on your list!

Deceptive and manipulative sales and business practices.To the brides shopping for a wedding dress, this is meant to be a happy experience. Don't risk misery by going with Belle Bridal.My wife visited Belle while on the hunt for a wedding dress. After trying on several, she found one in stock she liked the fit and style of, but the bust was much too large (8+ inches). The manager, Marayah, was confident that this was alterable, and convinced my wife of it. After purchasing the dress, she carried the heavy, bulky bag to multiple wedding dress seamstresses around town, all of whom immediately told her such an alteration was not possible.Consider at this point, bride-to-be, the possibilities. Either the manager of Belle Bridal, a wedding dress shop, is completely ignorant of what is possible in terms of wedding dress alterations, or she deliberately lies to prospective customers in order to make sales.Finding out the dress could not be altered, my wife returned to Belle Bridal, where the manager told her they did not do refunds under any circumstances. After further back and forth and failed attempts to speak directly with the owner, the manager told my wife she could order a different dress instead, with hopes of a better fit. Potentially at a loss of over a thousand dollars, and the owner nowhere to be found, my wife decided to see if the ordered dress would be better.Fast forward a couple weeks, Anna the owner finally reached out. Rather than having any interest in resolving this in a satisfactory way, she instead attempted to provide cover for her and the business. She offered a refund, but only if an agreement was signed completely absolving them of any fault, and banning the writing of any reviews of the business. As if that wasn't toxic enough, they were going to charge a $300 restocking fee on the second dress, which would never have been ordered as an alternative if they had allowed a refund in the first place.Brides-to-be, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This place isn't worth the potential nightmare. If you're wondering why this review is written by me and not my wife, it is because she is so traumatized by the experience that just bringing up this place gives her distressed breathing.

I just have to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Belle Bridal! I was sold a dress with HIDDEN damage. It is one thing to sell a dress AS-IS another thing to sell a dress where they hide the damage in a large amount to tulle that was not noticed until my dress had to be altered. I knew there was some beading that needed fixed but....BURN MARKS that were tied up in all the tulle. My mistake for not taking a closer look at the bottom of the dress and every inch of the material but they knew there was this damage by the way my alterations lady had to untangle and un-knot all the tulle. In turn...I now have to pay OVER what the dress cost me in alterations AND I no longer have the long train I wanted. These pictures are from one hole that was tied up and of all the tulle that had to be cut off. Still waiting for the pictures with all the burn marks from the alterations place. The ONLY reason I am giving this store 2 stars and not 1 is they do TRY to provide the best experience while in the store trying dresses on except the fact you have zero privacy from other shoppers. I am trying to contact the owner and manager of this store and I WILL NOT recommend them to anyone in the future.

I came in with my daughter and one of her bridesmaids to help me find a dress for her wedding in October, in which I am wearing a sash in the colors of our family's plaid. Marayah helped us and she was GREAT! She was extremely helpful in helping me pick colors that would look good with the sash and also let me know when I would have to order a dress to ensure that it arrives with plenty of time to make any alterations I may need. Marayah was also creative in helping come up with some solutions to make some of the dresses more my style. The shop is beautiful, prices are reasonable and all the staff were very friendly.

Wandered in on a Monday to look at dresses. The two associates working did not have any appointments and welcomed my friend and I for a full dress try on session! They were so kind, knowledgeable, and do not press you to buy anything. since they don't make their money on commission.Overall, just wanted to thank the lady and gentleman who helped me find the right dress style!Also used this shop to buy a bridesmaid dress. Went great, got an amazing dress.I would use them again.

I had my appointment on April 15th, and I was very impressed with Belles Bridal shop. I walked not knowing what I wanted and ended up leaving with the most beautiful dress. Plus the fact that my mother in law was coming later in the appointment and they were willing to wait for her to get there to see the dress as well. I would recommend Belles Bridal in bellingham to anyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

AMAZING experience! Not only are they size inclusive, but Lara and Marayah were absolutely helpful. I found my dream dress at my first visit!

Yikes, don't waste your time here. They only have one size of each dress in the store. So if you have curves you will be put in dresses that are too small for you and poorly secured on your body. It made my sister feel discouraged after trying on dresses for the first time, which is NOT how you should feel as a bride at a bridal salon. Also it's weirdly lit and gives creepy basement vibes. Head to Seattle or Canada for a better experience and more selection.
