On July 4th about 3:30pm I bought a footlong italian and found a hair stuck in the bread. Upon closer look the hair was stuck in the bread meaning it was there prior to baking or during roasting (hair was between the bread and the white paper lining used when putting into oven). Took it back and the the lady working there just went “oh..” and took it behind the counter. Then another old lady comes only handing me $10 when it costed $11.86. She then handed me another $1.80 which only totals to $11.80. Finally after a third time she gives me the correct refund of $11.86. Since technically this still isnt a proper refund since i paid by card I asked if it was possible to lookup past transaction and just void the it. I work in customer service too so I know that usually this is possible. The old lady got mad saying how theyre supposed to find the transaction that its not possible. However I know that if past transactions can be looked up the last digits of the card used and the price can be used to identify which transaction to void.I don’t care about not receiving the exact refund but what annoyed me enough to post a review was the attitude of both workers. Not a single apology, but rather the old lady got mad saying its not their fault or their problem. Wouldn’t have cared too much about this incident had they apologized.

nice subway location in the hillcrest mall. reasonably priced. staff are friendly and fill the sandwich with vegetables. usually has a long line and only two people working.

At this subway the staff is always trying to fool you. I ordered chicken bacon wrap , but bacon cost 1 extra dollar. When I asked why, they started pretending that they don’t understand what I asked. On my second visit I ordered Italian BMT. When I paid I noticed that the subtotal was 6.99 but in menu it costs 6.89. No more visit this subway.

Very disappointed.I ordered rice bowl to take out with 2$ coupon. The regurlar price is $11.99. When I wanted to pay with $2 off, the machine charge me automaticly $12.98.I asked $9.99 with tax will be $11.3. The owner said you touched machine keypad for tip. I said you don't belive a human word but instead, you believe a machine function! May be your payment machine is wrong.He replied you touch keypad for tip.For sure, I didn't touch any keypad.

It is unbelievable how this place is still in business with such shady business practices.I ordered two foot longs then asked for a beverage since the coupon required it (foot long and another for $0.99 if a beverage is ordered). He then asks, Which coupon?" then proceeds to take my coupon.After I use the app to earn points and pay

Subway has gone so downhill. Over and over again they disappoint, cheap out on toppings, and don’t listen to what you are asking. They work like robots with zero emotion and zero customer service. I went to grab a sub, they charge over $10 for a water bottle and a 6-inch. Even their cheapest subs are over priced and their added taxes don’t make sense with the prices. I bought the Greek sub that has been advertised on the radios, tv and posters for the last month or so. I finally order one and it is garbage, do not buy. They toasted it and left it sitting at the cash while continuing to make other people’s subs until 3 people were ready to pay behind me and then came to help me. At this point more than half of my lunch is over, and I sat down to eat my cold sub. I got half way through my sub before I even tasted the chicken, because they added tiny pieces of chicken to the end of the bread (not enough to cover even half of the 6 inch sub) and it was all stringy.. I ended up throwing out my sub out, and yet again subway managed to ruin my lunch, my mood, and wasted $10 on garbage. Do not support, I wish I could give less than one star.

Pathetic!!!! Owner is looking for slaves to work under him. He pays cash to international students and work for him. The mother who appears of the owner is a good person yet still you will be working under her and at times she challenge you to do the most work . It is understandable that managing fast food places is hard but would be cool to give a person room and have a breath instead of micromanaging tactics.

This is the third time they mess up my order, I order a foot long cold cut and a 6 inch southwest steak & avocado. She gave a two 6 inch sandwich……. For the steak and avocado, I don’t see any avocado in it….I just have no idea how this store is still operating with such bad servicesIf there is 0 star, I would give them 0
