I brought back a bag that my boyfriend got me for Christmas because out of know where the lock on the bag broke. They were super nice about it and offered to exchange it, because they did not have the bag in they offered to order it in. I didn’t want to wait for it so they get me a refund. The customer service was excellent :)

Amazing and friendly staff! Plus they had soles to make shoes fit better for only 98 cents!!! I even got a shoe cleaning brush for only 98 cents!!Definitely worth a visit
