Barnesy's Place
I found Barnseys about 5 weeks ago and all I can say is whoa!!! Such a pleasant surprise for a ace in the middle of nowhere. The prices are better than anywhere else I've eaten in the last couple years. 10$ for the best Clubhpuse sandwich you've ever eaten with a mountain of fresh hand cut fries prepared before your eyes. We actually drive out every weekend now from Calgary and between my party and I we have tried over half the menu and I can honestly say that there isn't a single dish that doesn't leave you full and extremely satisfied. Everything tastes fresh, hot, and homemade. The service is great, the soup is to die for(homemade each morning) and for 3$ for a slice of homemade pie you just Can't go wrong. I strongly suggest Barseys to anyone and everyone. The review below me is B.S. the restaurant is located in the Arena and is extremely easy to find. They are however closed Mondays.
