If I could do no stars, I would.I am shocked by the poor service/experience this Eb Games has given me.Recap: I was at Bower Mall when I called, then a lady placed me on hold. 1 minute later the call disconnected. We had just left the parking lot of the mall and I called a second time. Again, the lady placed me on hold. Initially we were on our way home, but by the time we reached Ross st my fiancé decided to go to Parkland Mall. When we arrived at Parkland Mall I was still on hold.... Walked in to the Eb games, and there was THREE staff all talking to each other and NO customers, none, zero. I asked if they had the item I was searching for and then informed me they didn't. I still was on hold with my cellphone and confronted the lady asking why I was on hold... She picked up their phone, which was located by their keyboard (2 inches from her).She had mentioned I thought we losted you the first time"

The staff are always friendly and definitely remember their regulars. I always have a good experience purchasing and pre-ordering here and would never go anywhere else for my gaming needs! Plus their collection of geeky items is growing so much that it's definitely becoming a black hole for my money haha

Zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Unknowledgable staff. Told me I could preorder games with no risk then when I wanted to cancel my preorder they gave me multiple run arounds and tried to screw me multiple times by the amount they would refund and changed their policies until they finally charged me tax on cancelled preorders. Think about that, charging tax on and refund or cancelled preorders?! Definitely will be escalating to CRA cause this is fraud.Would not go here. Maybe go to the south Gamestop. Or just bestbuy or amazon or Walmart so you don't have to deal with the headache of this joke. Or pay their exorbitant prices and risk getting screwed over with lame excuses and change in policies.

Recommend going to the south end location it’s a lot better all around. Customer service at parkland mall location is terrible. Prices are pretty good with the edge card just the staff is bad besides shay she’s the only staff that seems to know what’s going on there.

Always good, great staff, lots of variety, best prices. They even sell those Lol dolls that my kid loves.

I was racial profiling. I was just looking around to shop and when i go behind a shelves, they left there counter and watch every move I'm making. I been going to this store for years. I miss the old employees, they were nice and good people.

I went to get instore credit for a controller told me there 60 dollar controller was now 18 cause its on sale why should controllers cost more but buy back is a joke

Do yourself a favor and go to the Parkland Mall location. The staff are so much fun to deal with! Being a female gamer, I appreciate being treated as a gamer, I find the South Red Deer location would rather deal with male gamers instead. Even today, at the south location, I received a quick can I help you?" While the guys behind me heard about promotions and were told about new items that had come into the store. The staff at the Parkland Mall location are very inclusive and treat EVERYONE the same and have fun doing it. They are always a joy to deal with. Also they have WAY more selection at Parkland. It's a smaller store and they have so much more AND it's not cramped. Can't say enough great things about the Parkland Mall store."
