I HIGHLY recommend James as a home inspector. He was very accommodating and met my scheduling needs on short notice when I called on a Saturday for a Sunday inspection. James is very knowledgeable in his field and was a consummate professional throughout the entire inspection. He brought all the necessary test equipment to check for moisture, electric outlets, etc., and he even used a drone to take aerial and roof photos. James was easy to talk to during the process and never made you feel like any question was too small. I would totally recommend him to friends, family or anyone looking for a very detailed and extremely methodical home inspector. I look forward to working with James again.
