Working thousands of kilometres apart and looking to spend tens of thousands of dollars, dealing with a new company can feel very overwhelming. Nonetheless, the team at Nexus (Brenda, Sylvia, Adam, and Dave) all crushed my expectations as a client. Dealing with each of them at different intervals individually provided a clear picture of what kind of business Nexus is - world class. Brenda McKinley helped me create an amazing new display 10x10 booth for our Calgary & Edmonton Office. She was very much in tune with our needs and kept making great suggestions that keep it to our budget. Overall, the end result was brilliant for less money than we expected to pay. The service level throughout from Brenda was great too. She was able to meet our timing deadline easily. I would recommend Nexus Exhibits to anyone needing display material for their company. Our organization ordered signage from Nexus Exhibits to reflect our new COVID-19 policies. The service was great with very quick responses from the Nexus team. We attended an open house back in the fall and learned about what Nexus could offer us. We decided to use them for a brand new show booth. We had a tight deadline (people love when we do that) but Nexus was able to accomplish getting everything created on time and done properly. They helped show us how to set it up with a demo and stayed late to show us how to take it down and pack it up. I had some questions on the first setup and they walked me through it all over the phone. Great experience all the way through. I highly recommend using them if you're considering them.
