Kids3 Daycare & OSC

You know you've got to a great daycare when your daughter or son doesn't want to leave at the end of the day. That’s what we see everyday when kids are leaving the premises of this daycare. I will definitely recommend it if you are looking for great staff, direction and management.

The staff are responsible and professional. My baby started going to Kids3 since she was 11-month old. She enjoys playing with other babies and has lots of fun. Sometimes my daughter even doesn’t want to go back home with me. The staff post real-time toilet entry, mood, activities, food and sleeping information on an app. They also update the photos and videos of my daughter everyday. We have smooth communication. Teachers in Lady Bug class observe my daughter’s activities and report to me when I pick up her. Kids3 have a plenty of events which help to develop the growth of babies. In addition, they offer extended hours on weekends. It is very helpful if parents have work on weekends. My daughter goes there every Saturday and gets chance to play with kids from other classes. The environment there is clean and well-organized. I don’t have anything to complain. I strongly recommend Kids3 to all parents who are looking for excellent care with reasonable price.

Great caring team, very patient, very diverse. Perhaps most important was the development our Son showed, while under their care. He was always happy to see his teachers and friends in the morning...always! We hope those skills will allow him to transfer to Kindergarten in a few months. Thank You.

My daughter attended Kids3 for three years (from ages 1-4). She grew so much from all the engaging and educational activities the staff organize for the kids everyday. The staff were all so wonderful and caring. I can’t recommend this daycare enough.

My son has been attending this daycare since he was 11 months old. They took great care of him and he loves the place. We are moving to the other side of the City and for that reason he’ll be going to a new daycare but we know for sure that he’ll miss the place & the good people working here.

If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would. I would not recommend bringing your babies here. At least not until there is a new owner and new directors. The current one Manny does not handle her business professionally, and blames the parent for stolen property on their premises. This owner tried to argue with me, belittle me and did not let me speak, talked over me, and had me in a room alone with another staff member who “had her back”and once I felt unsafe and like I was being attacked for being upset that my son’s ONLY stroller was stolen from their SECURE STROLLER PARKING, I was going to record how this interaction took a turn for the worse. She then tried to deny me recording her unacceptable behaviour. She doesn’t realize it’s called one party consent. And I absolutely can record without permission. This wasn’t the first issue with this person or the daycare itself. Not only did I find mold in my sons water cup at this daycare, but my son and other babies are always coming home with diaper rashes because they don’t keep up with their diaper changes. Dirty noses caked with boogers. On top of everything else there is no structure or organization in this location. It takes over 15 + mins to get your children at pick up. And constantly “misplacing “ items or lost or stolen items. I had to make a police report in order to potentially get our stroller back. And I had to ask the police to review the footage and sure enough it was a parent from the daycare who stole my sons stroller. And the daycare did nothing but argue with me and try to hide it from me. I had to get EPS involved and file a report. I reported this daycare and I seriously hope they change their ways and have compassion, integrity and respect for their clients and take proper care of our children. If I can’t even trust my sons items on the property, why would I trust you to take care of him any longer? After countless chances I’ve given this daycare. Do not bother with this location. The owner also sent me an email saying I can remove my son from their care immediately or when I find new care after I requested to give them my 30 day notice. After the way the director Manny handled this situation I felt uncomfortable letting my son back on this premises. It’s also not the staff they’re pretty ok my son likes the one lady in his room. But they’ve gone through at least 3directors in the almost 10ish months my son attended here.

I am currently the Director at Kids3 Daycare&OSCIt is a great daycare. The families and children are amazing.The staff are very dedicated to their job and plan many wonderful activities for the children and have amazing loving interactions with the children and their parents.We have a full time cook who makes yummy snacks and lunches.I have only worked here a short time but the owner has been very welcoming and so appreciative of me and the staff. She has made me feel very welcomed and valued.I would recommend anyone to bring their child here.

I give this daycare 5 out of 5 stars. My babies started going to this daycare in 2021 and I was scared to let my babies go to any daycare before they can talk but I had to work and had no one to babysit so I looked up daycares and found this one close to the schools and everything; my babies were 2 and 3 when they started going to this daycare, when I went to pick them up from their first day they were so happy, can tell they had fun and the teachers and staff were all so nice to my babies; they have a mama app where you can check on your babies, they post what they do, what time they ate and what foods they eat, their mood and when they used the potty; my babies learned lots in this daycare and were more talkative and happy; I recommend this daycare

Our daughter attended the ladybug and caterpillar (toddler) rooms for about a year. The staff were very caring and wonderful with her and the other children and we always felt confident when she was in their care.

My daughter attended Kids3 daycare for 4 years. She absolutely thrived under the care of dedicated and attentive staff. Not only that, she learned math and reading so is entering kindergarten with the skills of a first or even second grader. The daycare itself was big and bright with many toys and activity centres. I also appreciate the active curriculum that incorporated yoga, music, dance, art, and regular field trips. I cannot recommend this daycare enough and would give 10 stars if I could. We were very sad to leave and will miss all our teachers at Kids3 very much!
