Joey's World Family Indoor Playground

Us and another family stopped by after our Toronto Zoo plans got rained out. The staff couldn't have been nicer!We were told the prices, all very reasonable, and given a basic tour of what we could do. Our 10 year olds were disappointed that the high ropes course (which is technically listed under another business name, I believe) wasn't available, but within 30 minutes someone came (who I believe was the owner) and offered to take the kids up.They had an absolute blast! It was just the right amount of scary, but absolutely safe. He also did a great job reassuring both the kids and us parents about how incredibly safe and secure they were up there. The best part was how he managed the kids: he didn't swoop in and save them if they got stuck or scared, but he talked them through it and had them solving their own issues.The play structure was used by our younger kids and they had a blast there too! Easily spent 3 hours or so in there, playing with other kids. They've packed a lot of climbing and sliding into what looks at first like a small space.We didn't use the climbing walls or axe throwing, but I'm sure it's great too based on our other experiences.A lot of fun and a great staff. Definitely recommend.

We were here for a kids birthday party and I should say that the staff were so friendly and accommodating any questions/requests with a happy face though they we’re handling 2/3 parties at the same time! Great place for kids and adults too! Loved it!

Just left Joey’s World to celebrate the last day of March Break with the kiddos and they had the BEST time. My hubby and I LOVED their new location, they included a fantastic rock climbing section which my son and husband loved participating in together. Lisa was just so lovely and extremely kind and helpful. The facility is super clean and was constantly being cleaned. The staff are great and friendly! Will definitely be back asap!

Play structure was great!! So was the sky Obstacle course. Staff was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. Only down fall is the cost of the food and quality of it unfortunately had to through it out and order else where. Defiantly would go back though.

Hosted our daughter’s 5th Birthday party at Joey’s World and couldn’t have been happier! The venue was clean, decorated and spacious. The staff made everything easy for us and our guests and all the children enjoyed the climbing park and especially the climbing wall. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun experience with little hassle!

I love this place. I had my daughter join a weeks camp in the summer & it was soooo fun for her.. The kids were also very playful and sweet. She also had a Birthday and the young workers are so extremely friendly and nice host. Front desk young teenager girls and boys all are Caucasian & extremely warm and welcoming..Honestly im so happy for Joeys world :) Thank you so much for the best time ever, we WILL BE RETURNING :)

Great place for kids to run around and let their energy out, they have a toddler area off to the side for the little ones :)

Really sad this place doesn’t give any discounts for children on with special needs. Every other playground I go to w an Access card the child gets some sort of discount or 50% off.Sure the support person maybe free and regardless is free either way but as a small business it would be really nice to receive some sort of discount on a non verbal child w special needs.

My 18month old and I had an absolute blast here! We were welcomed by Sean (Shawn? Sorry!) who was very friendly and helpful! The toddler play space was clean and safe- perfect outing to get a little one tuckered out for a nap! Can't wait to come back here and try bouldering (the same family also owns Pinnacle in the same building)! We spoke to one of the owners, Nina, who was lovely - overall an awesome experience!
