The website says it's open at 8:30 am but this is not true. The door sign says it's open at 9:00 am. Parking lot too small. Can't take pictures accurately. This is my second time this year waiting because they did not take my pic accurately.

The phone num. Shown on their site is a fax. No one answers. Just the irritating sounds of a fax. Too small a place so wait times can be long. The people I would give a 4. Pleasant and professional.

Small, rude staff no air and stupidly out of date. This location needs to expand and be update and modernized. Perhaps it should be Government run and not privately and we would have better standards.
