While some establish stylists might be “good” their new employee, the only one taking new clients, is unprofessional and has poor experience and knowledge of colour and cut. She recently turned my red/blond hair brown black by mistake then demanded I leave because she didn’t have time to fix it. It was a horrible experience

I never gave bad review to someone before but with this saloon i been waiting for my appointment from 20 days and one day before my appointment i got message from the girl who’s going to do my hairs that she can only do etrAnsfer or cash without any receipt. And she said she is going to cancel my appointment because she is not comfortable like seriously i am giving my money to someone and why cant you guys tell us on first place after waiting for so many days she told me .
