This is a government subsidized apartment for people 60+. It is completely independent living and includes 1 elevator and underground parking.On the main floor is a meeting room and bathrooms.The real plus of this building is it's location. Situated right next to the Northgate mall and near many other amenities, including several churches and an A&W right across the street.Several buses go down 97 st and you are close to the Northgate bus loop.However, this building is older and in serious need of repair and when the elevator is broken (which is frequently) you will be walking up those stairs.There is an onsite laundry facility on the 6th floor but it is the only one for the entire building. (2 washers/3 dryers).
