Outstanding customer service! I can see why they've been in busy for 20 years. I got a custom built (refurbished) desktop with additional high end gear installed. Great price, well built and way cheaper than purchasing at the larger retail stores. They don't push a sale, there number one concern is what do you need to get the job done. Very impressed, no sugar coating and very knowledgeable. After I received my desktop they called the next day to make sure everything was going well. That's customer service! I highly recommend them to anyone - hard to find people you can trust.

I walked into this computer store with a simple request. I found the owners rude and severely lacking good customer service. I am a diplomatic person and I was treated to a patronizing attitude. I went to the Trailing Edge and the difference was night and day. The Trailing edge staff were courteous, friendly and reasonable. They did not even charge me.

Li and Frank are without a doubt the most professional, fair and informed help I have ever received from a tech shop. The service I received at Fedacom is unparalleled in any establishment I've ever done business with. They are EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. On more than one occasion they went above and beyond to help me, even though it did not earn them any money. I have been sending all my friends to this store, and I've asked them what they thought. Without exception they were all thrilled. I have bought several laptops through them, as well as a myriad of other computer parts. My only complaint is that the owner won't hire me! I'd love to work there! I give the place 110%.
