Calgary Transit Centre Street Platform

I just don't like anything about Calgary transit. It's very very slow, ESPECIALLY on weekends. The bus routes are strange and inefficient too.

There is no need to cool the trains down to winter temperatures. Everyone will get a cold.

Worst transit in the world what a joke

Their Customer Service Centre on Centre Street Platform satisfies your basic needs, including Ticket Purchasing, Route Info Brochures (some routes might be unavailable, go to Bow Parkade CSC instead), Lost Property Report, etc.The thing they definitely have to improve is the opening days, contacting and transportation quality.They are just open on weekdays, when people are busy working. I also have to visit their CSC instead of emailing them when I wish to send route suggestions.Their trams can be as frequent as 15 mins per departure zzz and their buses can be 25~40 mins on weekdays serving you with big buses, and 30~60 mins on weekends serving you with 21-seat small rubbish buses.I hope they can improve that instead of retiring 2-year old buses.

I was in a hurry getting out of the ctrain, seeing those colorful people shape figures, but have no time to stop and find out more. Then a year later, I check on the internet and find out what's this piece of public art work. Probably, many of us are also part of this 'Transit Story' too.

I'll still give it 4 stars because the service is great! Top notch among any other city's I've been in. But why can I not track what buses have bike racks & which do not?
