I can't believe that I could not drop my elderly Mother at the door without paying $3 to drop her off and $3 when I picked her up. There needs to be a 5 minute grace period for dropping people off and picking them up. Unbelievable.

I was transferred to tri-city due to my Dr Doctor retiring. All I can say is if you have any eye issues this is the place to be.Not sure why folks are finding it difficult to find. Use Google maps.My Doctor is outstanding and I found him to be chatting a lot more now plus he explains the images to me.The staff are outstanding I am addressed by my first name and they are kind, helpful and very effective.Very cheerful, smiling even at 8.00am.There is a new parking gate installed which has had some issues, it was a cold morning and one of ladys I think she is superviser ? She stood at at the gate helping everyone to get out.Ladies you are all wonderful. One thing I will say that is negative I hate the fact we have to pay for parking.

No respect for appointment time . Easy one hour to two hour waiting. Their time is money but patient time is worthless for them

My husband referred for intraocular cataract surgery. Has diabetes. Can barely see out of his left eye right now. Told if he pays 3500 per eye to get a multifocal lens he can get surgery in 2 months..but if he takes the lens that's covered by ohip.. a 9 month wait. I guess they leave early appointments open for people with money. Why can't he get the ohip covered surgery in 2 months.. because money talks.. and these ppl are taking advantage of the fact that the pubiic hospitals are in bad shape they can rip people off as they wish. Surgery here is not based on urgency or safety.. but based on ability to pay

I was referred to this place and the worse place I could ever get referred to. They referred us to prism eye institute and after 6 months only to find out that the doctor they referred us to can’t even do the procedure needed. Then trying to get a hold of true city again was impossible cause they say leave a message but no one calls you back. Finally get to talk to someone and they say to get another referral have to go back to optometrist. Talk about a huge waste of my time, no wonder optometrists are not considered real doctors.

Very friendly staff and the care is excellent. (I noticed the special care they gave to the elderly!). For regular checkups, the wait could be a little while as they bring in many patients at the same time then sequence you through all the testing rooms. You should expect the entire checkup process to be about an hour long depending on your condition. I was referred here by my Ophthalmologists and this system was much more time efficient than at their office!

Went as an emergency ocular patient referred to this clinic by Guelph General Hospital. The staff was amazing, helpful, kind and caring. Dr. Alangh was extremely knowledgeable, took time to explain what was happening and the course of treatment. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent staff and care. I was first referred from Guelph General hospital on a long weekend a few years ago and was so pleased with the care I received at the time, and continue to receive on yearly visits. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Highly recommend them.
