Very very bad customer services I received today Oct 29th, 2022.I bring my family to take citizenship photo. When I come back to pick these photos, all of them are not good look. I talk to the girl staff who took the pictures and her manager that we don't like your product. But the manager said: we can retake picture, but we still charge fee. Actually, he don't know how to solve the problem to make win-win for both Staples and customer. I don't get these pictures, but I have to paid $75 for Staples.
