My husband and I came into the store to view different hardwood flooring options for our new home. Shelley Shaw was the most delightful sales consultant! She provided us with some great options, all while explaining the difference between the finishes. She also guided us to reach a decision based on our cabinet/countertop choices. Overall such a pleasant experience =). Highly recommend Barwood Flooring!

On October 23rd, I spoke to a saleman re purchasing Mirage hardwood flooring for three rooms. First, he refused to give me a price per square feet.Second, when I told him that the previous company that was used during living room renos was a competitor Therien flooring, the saleman commented that I used French "people!Third

Excellent products, great knowledgeable service, the difference between buying floor products from a floor supplier vs Depots/Lowe's etc... Is these products last, they are easy to install and are never discontinued.

Overall price and quality of goods were satisfactory...... however we were very disappointed in Barwood's customer focus .My young adult daughters purchased 2000 lbs of flooring , and due to alledged covid delays and delivery issues , were told to wait 35-40 days for next delivery or make their own arrangements . Not acceptable or facilitative when a hired renovation contractor is waiting for the flooring to install .Barwood ideally might have engaged a third party if they were incapable of performing, or delayed in performing very normal functions of this type of business . A 5 week delivery delay of flooring already on-site in the local warehouse is ludicrous and not customer focused .Attempts to engage another company to pickup and deliver from Barwood were thwarted by poor intra -company sentiments. We eventually were lucky enough to get a friend's help .Suggest getting a guaranteed delivery commitment if using this company service .

Great products and a good price. One of the sales reps was unfortunately rather rude and arrogant, however. But otherwise I can recommend them.

We don’t have enough good things to say about Barwood Flooring. We contracted to have hardwood flooring installed on three levels of our townhouse, with two staircases. From our first visit to the showroom, to our four different “this is the one” moments, they were patient and attentive. Murray came out to measure and was not only interested in our flooring, but also showed an interest in the other flooring that was being installed, so he could plan proper transitions. After they brought in a sample of the floor we selected, we were delighted with the installation team and the work that they did. The work environment was tough, as we were renovating a condo and there were other trades in their way.The quality of workmanship was outstanding. After the install, we had Barwood Laya protective layer over the floor, which was very helpful with the place being full of contractors.I would not hesitate to recommend Barwood Flooring for any flooring needs. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!Karen H

This is our fourth house where Barwood Flooring installed hardwood flooring for us. As always, Marcello was very helpful in providing expert advice and information. On this installation, both Marcello and Murray furnished very important advice prior to our scheduled installation. We thank them both very much for their professionalism! Murray also provided expert handling ofany issues that arose during and following the installation. The two Alexis’ were our installation team and they did a fantastic job of the installation and finishing. Thanks to you both for all thehard work! That is why it has always been Barwood and only Barwood for the job!

We went there on nov12 2021 to ask for a product, we were given a price and then I am going back a few days later to place the order and I am given a diferent price, slightly higher. We placed the order regardless, we weren't chasing nickles and dimes, paid in full with a credit card, but couldn't resist not to call back to express my insatisfaction about the whole episode.We were told they forgot to ad freight, even if that wasn't mentioned to us in none of the two prior visits there. And then the slightly higher price in the bill...When I said on the phone (after paying in full) we didn't enjoy this, Mr. SILVAIN simply said he is canceling the oreder and hanged up.Beware of this business and the salesperson, write down everything he says.Otherwise nice place with a very good variety and fairy priced, too bad one person makes such a big diference.

Terrible customer service. They made me wait for a part for over 3 weeks and did not have the courtesy of delivering the piece or offering me a discount after the long wait. My contractors were waiting on the piece to come back and finish the renovations so my whole place was at a standstill for 3 weeks. It was clear that the whole thing had been paid for so they did not need the deal with me as the money had been made. Truly horrible customer service.

Most insulting 5 minutes I've experienced in shopping for my condo reno. I was referred by my floorer to Barwood, I walked into the show room on a Monday morning just after opening. Took a few minutes to be acknowledged, I started by explaining to Sylvain, that I had seen some engineered hardwood at home depot for around 4.99$ a square foot. Instead of telling me why their flooring is better quality etc etc etc. He thanked me for saying a number and said I should go back to a big box store because I was wasting his time. (For the record my budget went up to 8.99ish a sq/ft).Barwood, terrible experience, incredibly insulting and no client service/sales skills to speak of
