Definitely what you expect when you go to Boston pizza. Food was good, the server was excellent. We got there about 20 minutes before closing, but they were very accommodating, and made us feel like we had enough time and not to feel rushed. The server was on top of things, and provided refills without being prompted.

The quality, size and presentation has declined. Service was good but I was pretty disappointed when my 1/2 order Boston Brute came. They are serving the Bolognese sauce in a disposable container and the sandwich was tiny when compared to previous visits. Unimpressed.

Great location and vibe but slow service. I went on weekday and there hardly 4 tables occupied but still waitess took long to attend us for any order or follow ups.I ordered kids menu which comes with desert, my waitress said you can decide later and did not ask for the same or brought menu, we asked if desert was included then she said would you like cookie and brought that instead of desert that comes with the meal.Food was not great, we ordered spinach bake which was dull in terms of flavor.

Good food and friendly service. Nice downtown location it’s clean and well lit. It’s comfortable and the ambiance is great. The food is tasty and served hot. We had pizza and it was great. Half spicy pierogie and half royal Hawaiian. Our server was friendly and attentive and courteous. Washroom facilities are clean. It was a good experience.

A great way to celebrate Canada Day. Very friendly atmosphere. Our server Joanna gave us the best service she was super helpful and friendly cracked up some hilarious jokes.

The food I ordered was delicious (a bowl with rice, beets, salmon, etc.). My sister said her pizza was excellent. My husband enjoyed his pasta but found the portion a little small. It was on the lunch menu so apparently smaller portion was because it was the lunch plate, not dinner.

First time visiting this location and if it weren't for the hostess, I may have provided a much lower rating.She was amazing - answered all my questions and she was very well versed on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and speed of service, which always makes for a very favorable customer service experience for me!I greatly look forward to returning and taking advantage of the phenomenal patio they have!
