They are not helping home owners buy their dream homes. The Chilton Team is knowingly selling a bedbug infested house to buyers who were not aware of the infestation, that costs thousands to to get rid of. I had let the agent know about the infestation and he simply said “oh well, deal with it” this is not morally ok and seems like this agency is simply out to get a buck. The new owners were not aware of this until I had introduced myself to them. So the Chilton Team is also not disclosing important information to buyers. Beware of this agency.
