Elevation Tent Rentals

We hired Elevation Tents for our November wedding. We we’re thrilled with the clear tent and service we were provided by them….. but more so…..what can I say about Shane and his team that would convince you to hire them? How about the fact that we got the tent, it was craned up to a rooftop of a building and then 50kms wind arrived that would not allow us to use said tent….. so instead Shane and his team JUMPED into action assisting us to bring items on the roof down into the building so we could get married. They went ABOVE and beyond with everything they did for us on wedding day.Shane and his team are amazing to work with, reliable, hardworking, fast, and most of all will ensure you are getting the right item for weather, space, time of year day etc!Plus he’s also a really cool dude.

We were thrilled with the excellent quality of the tent we rented from Elevation Tent rentals. The tent looked brand new. The clear sides and the nice white panels made our party look so festive. Shane's team was so professional and quick during set up and take down. It was so easy to book the tent and they were very accommodating with the time to set up and take down the tent. It was so nice to have such a positive experience with this company as the day leading up to a party can be stressful - they were so reliable and professional. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Shane really knows the business, and was great to talk through our set up details and ensured all our needs were met. Fantastic set up and tear down team - very professional and quick, and took great care to protect our turf field. Equipment is all new and in good condition. We will continue to use Elevation Tent Rentals for all our tenting needs, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had booked our wedding tent last fall with Elevation Tent Rentals hoping that restrictions would ease for this summer (2021). The service at Elevation was excellent from our initial call to confirming our reservation. Unfortunately, we were forced to cancel our plans for a large wedding under a tent last week. Once we notified management at Elevation of our situation, they provided us with a full refund right away. While these are especially hard times for all of us now, it is nice to see a great local company doing the right thing. Highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a tent! I was really looking forward to working with them, as I've seen the tent set ups and they do amazing work. I know where to go if I ever need a tent for future events, and the pricing was VERY reasonable as well.
