Does your juice selection close before actual close time??? Most of the time they say no juice machine has been cleaned befre half and hour closing

Was in there mid morning. Was not busy at all. The staff member working seemed annoyed I was there. The usual “Can I help you” and “Thank you” were just replace by dirty looks.

Just a little customer service burn. Got a smoothie, which was delicious, paid with interac. A woman came to the till and said it didnt go thru, which i was sure it had said approved, but she was insistent after she looked at the receipt ... long story short I paid for the smoothie twice according to my bank statement. Good thing it was tasty haha.

So all of the debit machines are down in Regina apparently. We come here and have lots of cash no problem. Except to find out the store won’t accept $50 for absolutely no reason….. and not a person working can explain why. Given that machines are down, an exception should be made. 2nd they added a booster to my drink when I specifically asked them not to. Also you should educate your staff that wearing a mask below your nose is pointless.

I used to come here often and services was good, but it's gone down hill. The person taking my order wasn't very friendly, didn't communicate well and took forever preparing my order because she kept wandering away to the back while talking on the phone ( either that or she was talking to herself, bit I think I saw earbuds)

I went in at 9 PM yesterday and asked for carrot juice and the guy was just sitting and said He cleaned his machine for juices and smoothies. So I was like what's the point in opening the store till 10 PM. Very Disappointing.
