Terrible customer service. Usually shop here once a week but will be boycotting this franchise.To clarify I have been shopping here for over a year. My ID expired in November, got the paper, they put the sticker on my ID. Your store let me in, once a week. Never informed me of needing the paper.As inconvenient as it is, you MUST inform people if there ID is invalid the first time. And as inconvenient as it is, you must train your employees on these practices.Warm regards, justice clark.

Terrible customer service the few times I've been. Plus, they wouldn't let my partner purchase anything because he mentioned that I would be primarily using the product. We are in our 30s. He was told it was very illegal to sell to someone that is purchasing for someone else's use.... But I'd love to see where that law is stated, since it's only illegal to give to minors, and even then, that would be on the person giving it to a minor, not the dispensary. So, buyer beware - make sure you never mention that you'll be sharing the product with someone else. (better yet - just go elsewhere. There are so many better options).

I waited inside the front door for 10 minutes, I was ready to leave but then i had to litteraly poke my head around the corner to ask if anyone would be serving me. They did not appreciate that and I felt like I was in trouble. There were 3 workers inside the shop and 1 customer, but nobody at the door taking I.d. Then the lady was rude to me and acted as if she didn't know what I was asking for. I then got what I was looking for and when I got home I realized I overpayed by $17 on my credit card. I made a $30 purchase (without tax) and payed $47 for it. I will not be returning to this store not because of the extra money I was charged but just because they have bad attitudes, especially the short haired girl wearing the hat

My first few visits were good, but the last few times were awful. Being completely ignored and then dealing with the rude staff. Just don't go to this location. Customer service is awful. Staff... yuck

Crazy large selection from what I'm used too. Super helpful staff, would recommend to anyone. Nothing but happy smiles, good prices too. Declan was very kind and helpful.

Great hours and selection however if your looking to try something new and get feedback on a purchase your about to make. I'd recommend a more customer friendly store 9/10 your going to be waiting even with an empty store and going to feel like your a burden more then anything. Everyone seems to hate their lives when working there and tend to project that onto there customers. A few of the staff are great majority of them are attitude ridden

I used to love this store . But yesterday my mom went in to make a purchase. She had a list of things she’s tried at my house as she’s new she doesn’t know much . She tried to show them her list of things she had enjoyed at my house . This blonde girl said she couldn’t help her for a third party sale . When my senior citizen mom tried to explain her situation about being new to cannabis and she wanted to stick with what she knew from trying it at my house . The blonde girl called her a liar and escorted her from the store . My mom was so upset she called me in tears . Super unprofessional and slight senior abuse . I’d rather pay more than ever shop this dump again . I feel my mother is owed an apology. It’s not her fault she’s new to cannabis and just wanted what she knew . Calling her a liar and escorting her out of the store . You should be ashamed of yourselves treating seniors or anybody like that .

Best prices no doubt, the store is always clean and organized. Employees here are always so helpful and super informative. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else
