The name says it all: 'Shine'! We used Shine's cleaning service when we moved into our apartment. The apartment was pretty dirty and we got it back sparkling clean. Kim took her time and cleaned every nook and cranny, and the apartment looked and smelled fresh. We highly recommend the service and it's worth every penny you spend!

Extremely disappointed. Like the other disappointed customer below, we were told TWO people i.e. a team was coming, but like the other disappointed customer review, only one person showed up. She was excellent but obviously one cleaner can not do the same job as two trained cleaners. We specifically requested a TEAM to a DEEP cleaning come since we already had a regular cleaning person but wanted something more intense. We were assured we would receive exactly that. Our request for a partial refund was refused although the owner acknowledged he had miscommunicated. In short we got half the job at the full price while the owner paid half the costs since only one person came.

Amazing service and staff!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a cleaning company I would recommend them to anyone who needed a cleaner. The cleaner who deep cleaned my apartment was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met and extremely professional came prepared with everything that was needed to complete the job and left the place cleaner than when I first moved in 10/10 service will definitely use them again!!!!
