Inge Bender Osteopathy

My first follow up appointment today was informative, and the treatment beneficial. I left the office with a greater ease of mobility. Inge is friendly, provides excellent information and shares what treatment she is providing and why and where she is focussing at any given time. I am anticipating positive results as we continue to work together.

Inge is an amazing and attentive osteopath. I recently visited her for a recurring pain that I’ve been experiencing in my shoulder. Inge was able to assess and treat my shoulder effectively to reduce the pain and tingling after a single treatment. Inge recommended just one more session to follow up with this concern, instead of prescribing a multiple weeks long course of treatment. I tried chiropractic and massage therapy to help with headaches and back pain, which provided temporary relief. I had never been to an osteopath, and after only two months with Inge, I felt so much better overall. She also takes the time to educate and empower you to participate in your healing with exercises and stretches. I had become so used to my discomfort, I didn't realize I could feel this well again.
