I got stuck in the elevator for 2 hrs. I called the number on your website asking for help customer service told me that the technician is coming in 30mins but never got here until 2 hrs later. This is very inconvenient your service is very poor and lack of urgency.

Local phone number is redirected to a call centre where you have to describe the problem to someone who responds as if they had never even ridden in an elevator before. They then direct the call back to a local Rep" and you get an answering machine to leave a message. To his credit
