This review is for Dr. Yoon - thank you for being such a kind and patient physician. I feel extremely lucky to have such a caring doctor and especially in the past few years with new medical conditions causing me quite a lot of stress and discomfort.You are truly a gem.Thank you!

Dr. Yoon is very knowledgeable and reliable. He listens with care and works very professionally. He really cares about his patients health. I am very grateful to have Dr. Yoon is my family doctor.

this receptionist (the lady with ugly pimple stickers all over her face) needs to be IMMEDIATELY FIRED. I was waiting for my appointment and watched her dealing with other clients. The way she talked to the clients was just unacceptable. Extremely rude, with horrible attitude.I mean, it seems like every reviews here are complaining about her and I really don’t understand how shes keeping her job unless she got some special ‘relationship’ with the owner of this place.I mean, seriously. every reviews here are complaning

1 star for the receptionists and 5 stars for NP Mary. This review is SPECIFICALLY written for the front desk receptionists. Are they overworked AND underpaid or something? Rude, impatient and condescending every single time. I have called this place multiple times in the past couple of years (I tried emailing and the email reply I got was in ALL CAPS + !). Phone calls have been consistently awful across the board regardless of who answers the phone. The website requires you to make an appointment over the phone; but on the phone, they make you feel unwelcome and they always hang up the phone before you do, and if you have a question to ask and have to call again, the subsequent call will be met with greater hostility without fail. If they hate their work so much, they should just quit, don’t impose their rudeness onto patients who need to contact a medical clinic.

My husband and I would like to say many thanks to West 10th Medical Clinic for their excellent service. We had great impression with everyone, including receptionists, nurses and doctors. All of them are friendly, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Special thanks to receptionist Kathy for the super understanding our senior’s needs and tries her best to help us. We are lucky to have Doctor Fritz as our PG. We are impressed by his congeniality and professionalism. WE are 80+ years old. We are especially gratified for Doctor Fritz’s house call.

Worst receptionist team i have ever encountered. 2 weeks without my prescription medicine. No one answering emails or my pharmacy request for a refill, to only be met with a very passive aggressive receptionist that clearly shouldn’t be working in the medical field.

1. When I asked receptionist to book next appointment, standing with an infant, she sat there a few minutes in her computer and told me she is leaving for lunch.2. When I needed emergency heart check up receptionist said she’ll leave a note and call me back asap. She never did.3. For about two years or so my phone number (has a new area code) could never reach the clinic. So if anything I had to call 811.Overall in these 3 years I only had a chance to get an appointment there once, having to find other places to take care of me&my baby. I feels like they don’t care about their patients.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a receptionist. I called for Dr. Iriarte and from the start the receptionist was terrible. She had no patience and you could tell from the sound of her voice that she does not care about the patients at this clinic. She rudely explained what I had to do to receive a prescription refill. I asked if she could hold for a second and she did, for literally a second. She then shouted something in a frustrated tone and hung up on me. I am genuinely in shock at how rude she was, take my advice and stay away from her! She sounded like an older woman, phone call took place November 30th 2022 at exactly 1:46pm.

Dr. " Iriarte is hands down the worst "doctor". If you want good health care with a competent doctor... go anywhere but here."
