Alex from H&M carpet care just left my house after doing an extremely thorough job of my carpets — stairs, hall, bedroom and den. My carpets look amazing! He also got out some very tough pet stains that I never would have thought possible. Alex was courteous, friendly and so professional. I recommend him and this company to everyone. What a great job! I can’t wipe the smile off my face!

Alex did a absolutely excellent job on all our carpets.He was very polite, upon his arrival he gave us a detailed quote, explained his process regarding cleaning and stains etc. Was very thorough and very careful with his equipment inside the house and the completed job was beautiful. Alex was great to deal with in all regards. Would highly recommend him and H & M carpet care to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned properly. 5 star performance.

H&M Carpet Care did an excellent job, very happy with their work and the cost was very reasonable for the quality of service. They also did a great job of cleaning two area rugs, both made in Afghanistan, taking special care to preserve the originality of both pieces. Highly recommended.

With three kids running around, my carpets were in need of a good cleaning.I was especially concerned about my stairs that looked a bit darker than the rest of the house. We finally had a deep clean to our carpets yesterday! I was so ecstatic to return to a clean home.Not only was I so happy to see my carpets spotless, the smell of the carpet and the house was so nice and fresh. H&M took their time and ensured that everything was beyond our expectations! H&M used the best cleaning products and the best equipment to ensure a high quality outcome! We used H&M Carpet Care for carpet cleaning in our basement and master bedroom, steam cleaning four pieces of furniture and for an HVAC cleaning before moving into our new home! They were absolutely incredible - I cannot recommend them enough! They were on time, very professional, really friendly and they are very reasonably priced. Alex was the absolute BEST! He was very nice, really knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was going to do, broke down the price for me and did the work quickly and with a quality I haven't seen from any other company. I highly recommend you give them a call, you won't regret it!

I had a bad experience with a renter who destroyed my carpet, it was as stained black from the person. I will eventually need to remove the carpet but for now we were hoping to have them come in and do a clean on it just so it safer for us to go down in basement and walk on it! Well my carpet went from black with stains to being white! I was beyond shocked at seeing how amazing of a job they did! He was very honest with saying some stains may stay and some may go! But it seem like 97% of them is gone! Thank you!
