Parlabas Café
Very cute little café with an outdoor terrasse and an indoor sitting spot. There's also a variety of goods by different Québec artisans for sale, like plants, soaps, jewelry and sweets. You'll want to browse through it all and pick your favorite things along with a coffee. The ladies working there are also extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place! It'll be your new fave spot to hang with some friends or go for a first date.

Parlabas Café
A cute cafe with lot of colors and great options to choose from. As an Indian myself, it reminded me of my homeland with the vibrant colors and multitude of aspects. The lady working there was really nice. Also noticed that there were a variety of goods by different Québec artisans for sale. Worth browsing. Overall a great experience. Would love to visit again and highly recommended.

Beautiful quiet place to take a coffee. The owner is nice. You can shop zero waste products as well as local goods and some DIY kits.

Parlabas Café
Quebec City is a great place to go for Ottawa tourists. The lady working today was so kind, they had an excellent selection of curated goods and the food and coffee was delicious. I was able to practice my French with the kind blonde woman today and i am so thankful for kind people.

What a nice surprise to find a nice place nearby lac Delage where to have a nice cappuccino and a croissant. Very cozy place and a nice option to places nearby where you cannot seat or are closed whenever you need them. Also nice healthy products for sale.
