Terrible service, close unexpectedly at a whim.

I was looking to mail a small item at the Sobeys Red Deer 50 ave location. There was a sign posted said will be back in 10 minutes or less. I waited for 5. (While picking out an envelope to send) a line gathered behind me so I rang the bell once for assistance(because a hand written sign told me to ONLY do it once) so a disgruntled middle aged woman came out and informed me she was just about to take her break in a very nasty tone. (She should have just continued her break and not come out if that was the case) she then told me that when that sign is out she isn't there... again. I don't know how I am supposed to know that. I'm not even from red deer and I am appalled at her service. She the. Rang me in and refused to send my package because I needed to pay for the envelope first because now there was a line of peopleShe needed to deal with. I cannot fathom speaking to a customer his way. I was so upset that I left. I didn't send my package and honestly this made me never want to use Canada post again.

Gotta love the Post office an essential service we all need!

I have stopped in here 3 times in the last few months during there business hours and all three times they have been closed early.
