Had a wonderful experience here while shopping for my wedding dress and along with my bridesmaids dresses also. Staff were excellent in helping me chose the right dress! Made me feel soo confident on my wedding day. Loved the personal experience of shopping local!

When I went into the shop I didn't feel like I was very important. I had a hard time finding a dress that was right for my body type. I thought that the women working there would have helped me find the right silhouette for my body type since I had no idea. Most of the staff made me feel like my business didn't matter at all. To top it all off they have the smallest selection of dresses that I've ever seen.I won't be going back there when the time comes to actually purchase my dress.

Pam is amazing. I have never received better service. I can't recommend Enchantment enough. I am so happy I'm getting my dress and my bridesmaids dresses there. She made that part of wedding planning so easy.

They are fantastic. Sad to hear she is closing. The only bridal store in Chatham and we are loosing it. Love the seamstress she was so helpful and patient with my wedding dress. Loved my veil. Good luck in your endeavors.

Getting my dress from Enchantment Bridal was the most AMAZING experience!!! I am from London and tried almost every bridal store imaginable to try and find a specific dress that I had been searching for... I then coincidentally stumbled into this store while staying with a friend... and no store even comes close to the kind of service you get with Pam and Sam (the lovely ladies who work there). They are extremely helpful, patient, honest, and friendly which made for such a fun experience every single time I was there. I made the 4 hour drive (there and back) multiple times as I saw how worth the trip was as I always came out of my bridal appointments feeling so happy and excited. They really are there for the bride and do everything to make sure they are 110% happy.I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to anyone in and out of the area! SO worth the drive... you will not be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about Enchantment! My consultant Pam was extremely patient, kind, and really cared about making sure I found the right dress. I felt like the centre of attention with each dress I tried on and she loaded me up with accessories to really make it feel complete. It was an amazing way to seal the deal. My dress had amazing quality and detail for an affordable price too! I changed my mind on more than one occasion with my bridesmaid dresses and Pam was really knowledgable about the all the dresses and options that were available to best suit my needs. I would highly recommend this place!

I had the best experience buying my dress here. This was the first and only place that I tried dresses on. The sales person that helped me, helped me have my princess moment from the moment I walked through the door, till the moment I said yes to the dress. She listened to all my concerns about wanting to make sure the dress was perfect. She was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and felt comfortable in. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for any dress for a special occasion.

We loved the attention we received, beginning from the time we walked through the front door, right until we left. The staff were attentive to what my daughter liked and disliked in dresses, gave us pointers for us to use as we dress shop and did not push us to buy something we did not like or could not afford. Beautiful gowns for various price ranges.

Definitely 5 stars. Staff very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Great selection especially because I was a plus size bride. Prices are fantastic. Better than trying to buy online and really not knowing what your going to get. Had been to other bridal stores where I was not treated very kindly. Thanks for making me feel comfortable when trying dresses for my special day.

I bought my grad dress at enchantment bridal. They had an amazing selection to chose from. The staff were very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!
