Shoaib gave us a great deal on our new mattress. 2 things - 1.) stains void the warranty 2.) not getting new box springs (that go under the mattress) can also void the warranty. Up to you if you want to spring for a mattress protector from them (which is pretty pricey) and new box springs. Otherwise good selection and great prices for a premiere inside the mall location.

Sleep Country Price Guarantee is worthless because they have Exclusive names on their products and slight unique differences from other dealers who are selling products from the same manufacture. Before you buy, ask who else sells their specific product for price comparison... answer is likely no one.Also what does the exchange protection really mean since every model has it's own specific price so if you buy a top of the line model on sale, it doesn't matter if you move down the line to another model - if that model isn't on sale when you exchange, you would likely have to pay more. In other words, you will pay the difference between the models regardless of exchanging for a lower value model with less padding, etc. So it could be the same Kingsdown line of mattress you are dealing with but if you buy the luxury cushioned model on sale and discover you need something firmer, you won't just be able to exchange it for the firmer model (with of course the $65 exchange fee). You could be paying $400-500 more for to exchange for the full price firm model. On the other hand, Leon's agreed that if we bought a cushioned model on a half-price sale, we could exchange a firmer model for the exact same sale price for up to 200 days, as long as it had a mattress protector! Wish we had bought our bed there instead! If nothing else, the Sleep Country Canada sales people should be clear about these details with their customers - that just seems like a way to operate a business with integrity and maintain a good reputation and loyal customer base.

Shoaib is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. He has a good sense of humor, he is energetic, and a pleasure to work with. Shoaib spent a great deal of time explaining the features of each of the mattresses of interest to me. Customer service is paramount to Shoaib.As I was going to have major renovations done in the master suite, Sleep Country, stored my purchases for several months until the room was ready.Upon delivery, there was a communication mix-up regarding the order. I recently exchanged a bed under warranty and Eugene was incredibly helpful in explaining the options I had and the differences in the manufacturing between the collections. I bought a new bed a couple months ago with his help as well, same experience. We've had excellent customer service from everyone we have dealt with in the store. I'll be coming back for sure.

We love sleep country at Market Mall! We've bought 3 mattresses from them now, along with pillows and mattress covers, which have all served us well. Their staff are always helpful, but especially the female (don't remember her name, sorry!). She was appropriately helpful but not pushy at all. Easily got us what we wanted and a worked to find us a great deal too. We've also called back several times, either switching up our order, switching it back, moving the delivery date. Every time they are patient and helpful. We will definitely be back again when needed! I also do love their policy of locking in a price for 100 days with full refund if you change your mind, and the (I believe) 30 day sleep guarantee. Thanks Sleep Country!
