Paint was peeling off my vehicle. Toyota said they would take care of this for me. I spoke to them December 13th and they said it would be taken in mid to late February to be fixed. End of February came around and I didn't hear from them. I called and left a message. After two weeks I got a call back saying mid March. Mid March came and went and still nothing. Early April went and I called and called. Finally I got ahold of them and they said Friday it would go to Saint john to be painted and it would take 4 days they never called me and Monday came. I called and they said Tuesday it would go down. I drive an SUV and they gave me a small car or a rental...I wasn't impressed but at least I had something to drive for 4 days. I gave them a full tank of gas as they had to travel mine to Saint john but the rental had less than a quarter tank. I told them it should be full but they didn't care. I waited four days for my vehicle to come back and called and they never called me back. 9 days went by and nothing. Finally they called and said they missed something on my paint job so they would paint and return the next day. I asked for my vehicle to have a full tank since I gave them a full tank. They did return it but with a quarter tank. The customer service was terrible. Don't bother getting a Toyota unless you like a headache.

Worked with Chris on a Trade-In to purchase my first brand new vehicle! He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Worked with me through different options and their cost. Can't forget to mention Brendan who made sure all the paperwork and financial side of this was as easy as possible knew exactly what was needed and was more than willing to answer any questions I had! I look forward to working with them in the future!

I had my 2019 Toyota Corolla hatchback towed to Fredericton Toyota on October 17, 2022 due to an issue with the clutch not releasing. The issue was determined to be the slave cylinder needing to be replaced. After this work was completed, my car began making a knocking noise while driving that it did not make before.Fredericton Toyota kept my vehicle to try and figure out what this issue was. The loaner vehicle they gave me in the meantime was absolutely filthy inside and had almost no gas in it when they gave it to me. It was 2013 Rav4 and felt like it had no brakes in it.It took them and Toyota Canada until December 14th, 2022 to finally decide that they would just need to replace the entire transmission because they didn't know how to fix the knocking problem. So, while waiting for Toyota Canada to send them the new transmission, I dropped off my winter tires to have them changed since my car was in their shop anyway.Fast forward to January 19th, 2023, I FINALLY get my car back with the new transmission, only to find out that they threw away my summer tires without asking me.They did replace my tires in the end but that should've never happened to begin with.Unless something with your vehicle is covered under warranty, I would highly suggest taking your vehicle anywhere else for service.

For years I had been impressed by your good service. Your technical staff were excellent. However, the new owners have gotten greedy. The service charges are insane! You've lost a customer. Goodbye.

Horrendous service here. Takes 4 or 5 hours for the simplest services and ya have to book a month or more ahead. No help whatsoever if you have a slight emergency.

I took my Corolla to the shop to get my O2 sensor replaced. My appointment was for 2pm. I sat in the waiting room until my car was done, it took them almost 3 hours to do the work. After I payed, I went to start my car and within 30 seconds of staring it, my car starts shaking and vibrating violently and the engine light turned on. I scanned my car for the codes and 6 codes came up. The first code was “multiple cylinder misfire detected” and all the other codes following were cylinder misfire codes. Indicating that all my cylinders were misfiring. I went back into Toyota right away and gave them back my keys and told them what happened. Within 20 minutes my car comes back out of the shop and I was told that the mechanic working on my Corolla forgot to plug in some wires during my service.I will never go back to this place for service on my vehicle again. If the mechanics aren’t competent enough to plug in a wire then how am I supposed to trust they will do anything else properly. I also don’t understand how he drove my car back to the parking spot without noticing something was wrong.

After having a disappointing start with a different dealership. I called Fredericton looking for my new car. Tim was great tracking down the vehicle I wanted and Brendan was great arranging the financing for me. All without me ever having to travel to the dealership. My new Corolla Cross was delivered to me yesterday. Would highly recommend!

At first this dealership was great. Througbout the years their service charges have increased. I paid 192 dollars after tax for an oil change, and to plug a tire. Toyota miramichi would have charged me 120 bucks for both. When i informed the service mamager that he charges almost triple to plug a tire, he stated that the other dealerships must be doing something illegal for it to be that cheap. Completely unprofessional. Go else where for better prices. These guys care about your money and nothing else.

I went there to pick up an oil change kit for my 2017 corolla 1.8l, I paid $103 for 5 quarts of oil and a filter. I changed my oil and am left with an extra quart and a half. Why sell me 5 quarts if my car only takes 3 and a half? , I'm glad I changed my oil myself.

Extremely not knowledgeable. Does not take appointment in a timely manner and continuously makes mistake. Do not go there for an expert opinion. Had good experiences at other Toyota dealerships but this one I cannot trust to keep my car in good condition
